Great little house in a quiet neighborhood, yet so close to the plaza too. Walking distance to the Route 66 landmark Durand's was a great perk as well. Accommodations were clean, comfy, nicely furnished. The kitchen was thoughtfully well stocked. Private driveway with a locking security gate was a nice touch for nervous travelers.

The property was great for our extended family and dogs. The fenced in yard was a plus for the dogs. The kitchen was well- stocked and the whole house was comfortable and lovely. The location was fantastic and we could walk to the plaza and the museums. The neighborhood was charming and it was nice to walk around. I would highly recommend this property.

This home is absolutely one of the nicest places we've stayed in Albuquerque over the years. I almost DO NOT want to share about it, because I want it to be available for us; however, it's such a beautiful home, fantastic location to all things Old Town and the Bio Park, you must see for yourself.It's got such great bone: old adobe, wood and tile floors, exposed vigas, remodeled bathrooms, washer / dryer, and a stocked, modern kitchen.It's within walking distance to everything worthwhile, OR a very short drive to Cocina Azul, Sadie's, Monroe's, Garcia's, etc., etc. Highly recommended.It's also really nice to have covered parking!Thanks, Sam! We will see you again.

Host (Sam) was awesome! Location by olde town can't be beat! We were very comfortable in the home and the kitchen was fully equipped! Plenty of parking if you have a car and a secured gate. Had a wonderful stay!

Historic area of Albuquerque!! The location is fantastic, you will be surrounded by restaurants and museums. Explora (fantastic kids museum) The Natural History Museum, and the Art Museum of New Mexico. Old Town with many restaurants and shops. All this is within a 5-minute walk from the home. If you hop in the car you can drive 5 minutes to the Bio Park, which includes the aquarium. The ABQ zoo is just a short drive through old neighborhoods. Downtown is also just a short 5-minute drive. The home itself is a remodeled Adobe with consideration of its 1926 origins. Hardwood floors and saltillo tile cover the floors. Simple yet elegant bedrooms and bathrooms with modern amenities. Dimmable lighting in the bathrooms and kitchen bring a nice layer of personal touch. The kitchen is tastefully decorated and stocked for almost all cooking needs along with complimentary coffee or tea. Enjoy the outside with a large size private gated and fenced backyard with seating for 10 and a bbq. Great for pets as they have the entire property to securely run around.
