Host was very responsive and easy to work with. House was perfect for our needs. It was clean; everything worked; amenities were thoughtful and appreciated; beds were comfortable; and evaporative cooler worked great.

I appreciate your thoughtful review. Thanks for staying with us; we’d be happy to host you again and will keep working to make the stay even better.
We absolutely loved our stay! The house was just as the description said it was. I was a little nervous about the swamp cooler. The house stayed pretty cool during the day and we turned on the swamp cooler to sleep. We had absolutley no issues with it. Communiction with the host was easy. I had a couple questions before our stay and the host answered them all.
Our stay was lovely. The space was cozy and welcoming. Extra amenities were provided by our host in order to make us feel even more comfortable. Easy check in and check out. We will stay here again when we visit Albuquerque.

Both! Our hostess was, I think, exceptional as far as communicating and the place was just as described.

Location was outstanding, there were several shopping and restaurant within 10 minutes drive, the bedrooms were spacious, the linens on the beds felt amazing, the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, dishes, seasonings, pots and pans, huge backyard with plenty of seating, ceiling fan in master bedroom, however, air conditioning was listed but not available. I contacted the host but still no air conditioning.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re so glad you enjoyed the location and found the home comfortable, well-stocked, and thoughtfully set up—from the bedrooms and linens to the kitchen and backyard space. We’re sorry for the frustration regarding the air conditioning and understand how important that is for a comfortable stay. We also apologize that this wasn’t resolved during your visit. Your feedback is valuable, and we’re reviewing both the listing details and our communication process to make sure future guests have clear and accurate expectations. We truly appreciate your stay and your honest feedback.

Generally speaking, this was a decent place to stay. It was clean and quiet, and spacious (with an inexplicable amount of unused space). The property was quite chilly at the time of arrival, and there is no thermostat in the house to enable guests to adjust the temperature to their comfort. It took a phone call and a message to the host to learn what to do regarding the chilliniess. She did respond—eventually—but it took about 2 hours to get a call back. Just to add a little insult to injury, I received two “rules of the rental” messages from the host before she ever returned my messages about the temperature issue. From my perspective, if she had the time to send those “rules” messages, she should have been able to reply to my inquiry. So overall, it was an okay stay but I probably would not want to stay at this property (or any other property run by this host) in the future.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience and for staying with us through Airbnb. I’m glad to hear you found the home clean, quiet, and spacious.
I’m truly sorry that your arrival experience—especially with the temperature and the delay in communication—caused frustration. That’s never the experience we want our guests to have. I also understand how receiving our automated house messages while waiting for a response may have felt, and I appreciate you bringing that to my attention.
Your feedback genuinely helps us improve, and we’re already taking steps to make communication and arrival instructions even clearer for future guests. Thank you again for your honest feedback, and I wish you all the best in your future travels.

This home was not what we expected based on the listing. We were confused about the aid conditioning system. Seems its much different than normal. There was some.pre-existing minor damage to a window and window blind upon our arrival. We ignored it based on the obvious age of the home, which almost looked like a vacant home. It wasnt until after we were gone that we were comtacted and told we would be responsible for the window blind. There was also a curtain and rod that fell off the wall in the middle of the night and scared the crap out of us. The neighborhood was not what we expected and we felt the need to to keep the dead bolts locked.
Everything was perfect! We were in ABQ for a music festival at Balloon Fiesta Park and this was a perfect spot for our stay! Our host was so lovely and communicated with us the entirety of our stay. Our rooms were clean, super comfy beds, clean and well stocked kitchen! Would absolutely recommend to anyone staying in the ABQ area!!
