House was a great location for the balloon fiesta- close to the shuttles, restaurants, and stores. The yard area was very nice and we enjoyed the table for morning coffee and lunches. Amenities were great and the beds were comfortable. It was convenient to have the washer/dryer too. Highly recommend this house!

EPIC- Amazing VRBO-Probably the cleanest and nicest rental thatI have ever stayed in down to the amazing amenities, location and view. So centrally located to restaurants, attractions, an hour away from Santa Fe, less than 10 minutes to the balloon fest, 15 minutes to the Sandia Tramway and about 25 minutes to Old TOWN, andthe iconic RTE. 66. Cesar was a wonderful and very helpful host to two senior ladies. Thank you for a wonderful stay at your rental!CET

The hosts were very communicative during are time there and wanted to make sure that checking in was pleasant and easy. The backyard was amazing to be able to eat breakfast outside with the sun keeping us warm was the best touch. Definitely recommend.
