I was very happy with the apartment overall. Great location - shops, restaurants and close to Paddington Station. It was clean, and had everything from outlet converters to phone chargers. We were there during a heat wave and that top floor got very hot - and there were even fans for each room. Perfect for a short, self service stay in London!

Great location! Short walk to Paddington station and Kensington Park. The bathroom shower was having some issues with the water pressure and temperature where it made it difficult to shower, but otherwise was great for our family of 5.

The apartment is cute and the location is fantastic, but that’s about it. You have to climb about 5 flights of stairs, there were stray hairs everywhere, kitchen is updated but not very well equipped, shower leaves much to be desired, and in the summer it’s hotter than hades. I think the worst offense was the dirty shag carpets. They were completely inundated with hair and the weak vacuums in the unit did nothing to clean them. We found hairs on the mattresses, sheets, towels, etc.

The apartment's location is absolutely unbeatable. You are 5 minutes walking from Paddington station. The neighborhood is safe, well lit, and we arrived a couple of times late and never felt unsafe. The host was incredibly accommodating and kind and communicated with me extremely well. Let me give you a detailed description of the property. We loved our experience and had a fantastic time there. This apartment is located up a flight of stairs, not a big deal if you don't mind climbing them but they are a bit difficult to manage when you arrive bringing large pieces of luggage. That wasn't the case for me, but I can imagine, someone not loving climbing stairs with a large piece of luggage. The second issue we had was with the shower. The shower is very hot or very cold, we contacted the host and the issue wasn't addressed, but I found a way to keep the water at a manageable temperature. Not ideal, but it worked ok. Finally, this is coming from an American who lives in the Sunshine state and is used to A/C non-stop. The property doesn't have A/C - we arrived mid August and that wasn't an issue, but in the beginning of the summer I can see things getting hot. Let me rebut a few of the reviews here. 1. I didn't see any issues with cleanliness. The apartment was fine and clean. 2. The kitchen has enough utensils for you to cook breakfast. You're not making a gourmet meal anyways.3. This place is all about location. It's that phenomenal.
