The Space:
A TOUR OF THE PLACE

From the building entrance, you can take the elevator or stairs down to your apartment. Step inside to a central hallway that connects all three bedrooms and the bathroom, leading seamlessly into the main living area.

All three bedrooms are located on the right-hand side of the hallway. The first and second bedrooms each feature a super-comfortable king-size (180x200cm) bed with hypoallergenic pillows and crisp, hotel-quality duvets — peaceful retreats after a day of exploring the city. The third bedroom offers two single beds that can be joined or separated, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for families or friends.

At the end of the hallway, the bathroom is thoughtfully designed in two sections: a sink area greets you upon entry, while a separate interior space houses a walk-in shower and toilet, giving everyone privacy and convenience.

The living area and kitchen share a bright, open space, separated from the hallway by a partial wall. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need — stove, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine with a starter pack of biodegradable capsules. The living room features a comfortable queen-sized sofa bed, a dining table, and a Smart TV with complimentary streaming options. French doors open onto a furnished balcony, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relax with fresh air and city views.
