The space
Welcome to our light-filled, generously sized flat in a beautifully converted Victorian building — perfect for families, groups, or working professionals looking for a peaceful yet practical stay.
As you step inside, you’re greeted by large white cupboards at the entrance — a convenient space to kick off your shoes and hang coats before heading upstairs.
A wide staircase leads up to the main hallway, where elegant chandeliers set a warm and welcoming tone and highlight the flat’s spacious feel and period charm. From here, all rooms are easily accessed. Each of the three double bedrooms is well-separated, offering comfort and privacy for everyone.
Bedroom 1 is tucked behind the kitchen and includes a wardrobe and chest of drawers. It also houses the boiler, which is fully controlled via the Hive thermostat in the hallway — no need to adjust anything directly.
Bedroom 2 is spacious and features a beautiful ornamental Victorian fireplace, a mirror, drawers, and a small hanging cupboard.
Bedroom 3 is a stylish loft conversion with a high ceiling, ensuite shower, fully fitted wardrobes and drawers, and charming period features.
The main bathroom is located off the hallway and is typically shared by Bedrooms 1 and 2.
The kitchen is compact but well-equipped with everything you need to prepare meals.
The living room is the heart of the flat, featuring a stunning bay window that fills the space with natural light. There’s also another elegant Victorian fireplace (decorative only) and a cosy dining area for shared meals or quiet evenings in.
Throughout the flat, you’ll find thoughtful touches, plenty of storage, and original Victorian details — including chandeliers and decorative fireplaces — blending period charm with modern comfort.
Guest access
Access can be gained via the keys stored in the master lock, once booked I will give you the code to unlock it. There are 2 keys. 1for the main entrance and the other for the flat entrance. There is a set of communal stairs before entering the flat and it is a little dark so you will need to turn on the lights.
