Large house with tennis court in Wadhurst. Sleeps up to 8 close to Bewl Water.
Colleens Oast has been in the Turner family for over 100 years. It has recently been refurbished but its natural charm and quirkiness has been kept for all to enjoy. The house has its own tennis court and rackets and balls are provided. There is a beautiful private garden. The house features a sitting room converted from the original Oast house and a large dining room. There are 3 large bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs.
The Oast welcomes up to 8 guests .
Towels and linen are provided.
Toilets rolls and soap are provided for when you arrive.
Travel cot, high chair and stair gates available on request.
Bbq and outside seating
Bedroom 1 super king size bed
Bedroom 2 queen size bed
Bedroom 3 three single beds
Bedroom 4 one single bed
Use of premises,facilities,appliances and any equipment provided ( hairdryers, toaster, iron, climbing dome) including for recreational purposes is at a guests own risk.

Please throw away general household and recyclable waste in the wheelie bins outside after your stay.

We are a family of 4, my husband Ed ,myself ( Amanda) and our little children Genevieve and Barnie. Not forgetting Teddy our cavapoo dog. Ed works in London and I used to teach English and French in both London and Hong Kong.

Why they chose this property
The Oast's nickname is The Happy House. My husband and his sister ( who now lives next door), lived here as children. My husband's father also lived here as a child. So we hope you come and stay and experience the magical surroundings the Oast has to offer.
What makes this property unique
Sit and listen to the birdsong while having breakfast in our French bistro style kitchen or cosy up in the sitting room. Play some tennis on your own tennis court. Or run around picking buttercups in the garden. There is everything for every age group available near wadhurst. Local pubs, shopping,castles, adventure playgrounds,fruit picking. Come and see for yourselves . Xxxx
