Central heating, fuel, power, bed linen, towels and WiFi are all included in the price, as well as 2 x Smart TVs and a selection of books. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden patio with furniture and a swing seat, and a parking permit is available for 1 car at a charge of 30 GBP per day. Within 0.4 miles you will find a shop and a river, within 0.1 mile, a pub, and within 0.5 miles, a lake. This is a non-smoking property, and one well-behaved pet is welcome.
