Directly opposite, there is a large bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, glass screen, and wooden window overlooking the exterior, perfectly blending functionality and style.

Each living room, integrated with the kitchen, is designed for enjoyment and relaxation. It includes a dining table, a cozy breakfast nook, and a comfortable sofa bed (150 × 180 cm). In front of it, a 52-inch Smart TV completes the entertainment area.

From the ground-floor living room, French doors open onto a magnificent private garden of over 160 m², with both covered and open areas. Here you can admire a centuries-old olive tree, four lemon trees, rose bushes, and a rich variety of plants. The garden is furnished with a wooden dining table and four chairs, two loungers with side tables, and an elegant designer umbrella — the perfect setting to unwind at any time of day.

Upstairs, the living room opens onto a spacious terrace with stunning views of the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, furnished with a comfortable armchair ideal for quiet reading or enjoying an unforgettable sunset.

Situated opposite the Alhambra hill on the San Cristóbal hill, it is surrounded by the Sacromonte, Elvira Street, and the Darro River. The Albaicín is the perfect place to relax, wander through its narrow streets, discover viewpoints, and enjoy the city’s traditional cuisine.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
