The private terrace is perfect for creating unforgettable moments while enjoying panoramic city views.

Located just a five-minute walk from the Cathedral and within easy reach of the Royal Chapel, Gran Vía de Colón, and the Albaicín district, it offers a strategic base for exploring Granada on foot.

You’ll also find a supermarket in the same building and the Hermanos Maristas Parking directly opposite, with straightforward access from the ring road.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. A great spot

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is large and comfortable and we really enjoyed the outdoor space. It is a quite location though an easy walk to all of the sights in Granada. The water heater we is small so was important to take short showers so the whole family could get some hot water.

Very good, but not quite top notch.

The check-in was very easy, we were met at the flat by a management representative. Parking not far away, the flat could have been cleaner, but it was not too bad. The outside porch was quite nice. Location was central, and easy to get to the places we wanted to go. Unfortunately, much of the flat felt like it would benefit from an overall once over, meaning tending to some basic repairs. Management was very responsive, and overall we would not avoid this place next time, but there is some work for the management company to do to make this flat better than it was!

Déception!

La communication a été difficile avec la responsable pour l’accès à l’appartement. Peu de suivi et et empressée de donner les directives. Pas de serviettes à notre arrivée! Il manquait plusieurs accessoires de cuisine. Nous avons du acheter les articles manquants ( linge de vaisselle, cintres,etc.) Le logement est laissé allé et la terrasse était sale, peu entretenue, cousins et meubles tachés et usés.Les chambrés étaient propres ainsi que les salles de bain. Toutefois, des odeurs désagréables dans une des salles de bain. Aucune communication pendant et à la fin de notre séjour. En fait, nous sommes très déçus.
