The Space:
Welcome to this modern 90 m² 3-bedroom apartment on the 1st and 2nd floors of a building without a lift, perfectly situated on St Annes Court in the heart of Soho. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom 1: 1 single bed and 1 double bed, Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, Bedroom 3: 1 double bed. The apartment has a full en-suite bathroom in Bedroom 1, and a second full bathroom accessible via the hallway. Both bathrooms have a shower/bathtub.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, drip coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A combination washer-dryer is available for your convenience. The flat has individual radiators for heating throughout the cooler months.

Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a £50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is £90; after 1:00 AM is £120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!

Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of £800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 7 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.

Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road, and Goodge Street underground stations are all within minutes, giving superb connections across the city.

Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.

Excellent location and very clean. The apartment is right near Oxford Street, with tons of shops, cafés and restaurants within walking distance, and it’s also close to Soho and the West End theatre area, so everything central London has to offer is easy to reach. The host was attentive and even provided a baby cot and a high chair, which we really appreciated.

My host was ao communicative! Any questions i had he got back to me fast. We loved the charm of his place! The location was fantastic and there was so much space for our family! I would recommend a new mattress in the room with the TV but otherwise, we would definitely stay there again! Thanks for the hospitality!

Great Soho location, and we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the apartment was given the area. Check-in and check-out were very easy, and Tottenham Court tube station is just a block away.Guests should be aware that this is a four-story unit with no elevator. The living room is on the ground floor, the kitchen and additional living space are on the first floor (with no bathroom on that level), two bedrooms and one bathroom are on the second floor, and one bedroom with a bathroom is on the third floor.Our only drawback was that the apartment is located directly above a restaurant, and kitchen odors were noticeable inside the unit at times.Overall, the location is excellent, the layout worked well for our group of four adults, and the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

I wish I could say we loved this place. It’s in a great location steps from the Tube and right in the middle of SoHo. Please note: the owner was very responsive. Unfortunately, the pictures misrepresent the actual conditions of the 4-story narrow flat. Our group of 6 (myself, my husband, our 11 and 10 year old sons and my 70 year old parents) are are accustomed to a variety of quirky European rentals. The issues we had with this rental are beyond those of an old, urban apartment. The flat is adjacent to a fish and chips shop and the smell of boiling fish in the entry and stairwell / 1st floor is overwhelming. There is a large group of pigeons living on and in the roof that makes noise constantly (loud footsteps and the pigeon chirping) so loud it woke my children at night. The 2nd bathroom (strategically not pictured in the listing) has a curtain (rather than a door) and is accessed through one of the bedrooms. The walls are cracked throughout, one bedroom door doesn’t close and the top floor bedroom and bathroom doors and so heavy that an iron wouldn’t keep them propped open. The mattresses were old and thin. The stairway carpet is tattered and dirty and there is extra furniture everywhere you turn (not shown in pictures). The reason we like to stay in a residence (instead of a hotel) is to have access to common space to eat and hang in together - this place was not comfortable and we avoided coming back to it during the day.

This apartment rental was one of the most disappointing I have made on VRBO. First the positives. The location is great and while the host is certainly responsive, the response was almost always ‘we sympathize with your issue…we will contact our technical department and get back to you’. On the negative side of the ledger, the whole apartment is infused with a terrible fish smell, likely from the fish restaurant next door. The host’s solution to the problem was to open the windows. Unfortunately, the windows are sealed shut in the bedroom on the top floor, and in the back bedroom on the 1st floor, if you open the window between 10am and midnight, all the exhaust from the fish restaurant wafts into the apartment. The windows in the sitting room open, but the smell is so embedded in the place that does not really help. The apartment is also extremely worn with holes in the carpeting, gaps in the floorboards, cracks in most of the walls, lights that are not working, and mold, staining, water damage or dirt in a number of places. It also badly needs a paint job. The pictures do not accurately portray what you get when you arrive. Smaller issues include things like easily accessible blocks of mouse poison, a bathroom in the back 1st floor bedroom that is only separated from the room by an old shower curtain, and the fact that the shared bathroom for master bedroom is located up a steep flight of steps. Overall, a terrible disappointment, particularly for the price paid.
