Labor Day vacation

Great place to stay. Restaurant and boat rental on sight. Beach for younger kids to swim. Fantastic pool area. Deer all around was a cool sight everyday. Would highly recommend. Hope to be back next year.

GREAT GETAWAY!

I can’t say enough good things about this property. Our family has come to the Cliffs Resort for years and have always enjoyed our stay. These condos have a beautiful view of the lake. They are spacious and clean. The resort offers access to the marina, beach area, pools, restaurants, and golf course. Our family always ask to come here at least once a year! We will definitely be back!

Great Stay on PK

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Cliffs. The location of these units within the Cliffs Resort was perfect for me. They are right down by the water with a balcony overlooking the lake and marina. It is great if you are keeping your boat in the water at the courtesy dock for the weekend, as the fact that you can see your boat from the units lends a sense of security. Not to mention the fact that we loved the huge patio. The resort has all the amenities we needed with a really nice launch ramp, trailer storage, the marina/courtesy dock, pool, restaurant, etc. The abundant deer and wildlife were also a nice touch. I also liked the vibe of the resort, as it has a "lake life" kind of feel. It was just a really nice stay over all, and I'll be back. The unit itself was nice and clean and roomy and well kept. Just make sure to bring all the accoutrements (spices, oil, coffee filters, etc) you need for cooking, as the kitchen is only stocked with dishes. This is not a complaint...just an FYI. I would also like to mention that Randy and Krista were very communicative and accommodating. An early check-in and late check-out were important to me, and they made it a priority. Thanks for a nice time Possum Kingdom and The Cliffs!

Best Vacation EVER!

Stop looking! Book this property! This condo is perfect in every way. The condo is actually much larger than what it appears in the pictures. My husband and I and our 16 year old son had more than enough room. Six adults or two small families would be very comfortable. The view is beautiful! If we weren't on the lake, we were enjoying the huge balcony and feeding the deer. Don't forget to take apples and carrots or you will miss out on a lot of fun! It rained the 1st night we were there and we all sat on the balcony like potatoes watching the rain. It is so wonderfully peaceful and quiet. We appreciated being so close to the lake & seeing our boat at the marina from the condo. We've rented several properties through VRBO over the years and this one is our favorite! At other properties we have paid a cleaning fee and the "check out procedure" required a lot of cleaning and sometimes even laundry. I am not opposed to a little cleaning but I didn't know what I was missing out on when I realized the check out was like that of any hotel... we packed & left! Fantastic! The condo is well stocked w/ coffee, soap, detergents, etc. The washer & dryer make it easy to go home with clean clothes; if you care about that sort of thing. The kitchen is well equipped and large with a lot of storage. I really appreciated the ability to put our things away in a cabinet or drawer without having to move around someone else's stuff. The resort amenities are a HUGE bonus! The boat slips, boat ramp, swimming pools, spa, and the Chaparral Grille make everything so convenient. We all had a very relaxing massage at the spa which is a great start to a day on the lake. The breakfast buffet at the Grille is wonderful! Dinner is also fantastic but reservations are strongly recommended - especially weekends. We found that The Harbor Grille across the cove is really easy to get to by boat if you want to take a lake break with out "moving out" of the boat. The courtesy docks are easily accessible, the food is really good, and they don't seem to mind if you look like a lake rat. Thursday & Friday lake traffic was minimal but it gets pretty busy by Saturday afternoon. We live in the Fort Worth area and the drive to the Cliffs is less than 90 minutes + NO traffic. We only stayed for 3 days... 3 completely perfect days! We will be back as soon as possible!

Great Location

Really loved this condo. It was exactly as depicted online. The location was even better. Condo overlooked the marina where we were keeping our boat for the weekend. Additionally, it is situated on an ideal location of the lake-- quiet, no wake area but quickly accessible to more active/popular parts of lake.
