Appt nine with 2 large bedrooms with 2 double beds, kitchen, air conditioning, living room, bathroom with shower, tnt television, all shops are at the bottom of the building and the harbor beach and train station. Municipal parking 20m. The owner is on site and will give you tips to make your stay be nice if you do not know Corsica. The citadel of Calvi is 100m and you are close to the station, post office, a doctor, a pharmacy. The best restaurants in Calvi are also proximité.L'appartement was recommended for 4 people, no possibility for an extra person.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Calvi. Très bel accueil des propriétaires. L’appartement est idéalement placé au cœur de la ville proche de tous les commerces, des boutiques et des animations. Le quartier est très vivant. Idéal pour des vacances. L’appartement est à proximité à pied de la mer.

Excellentes vacances !

Bel appartement avec grande terrasse idéalement situé au coeur de Calvi, à proximité des commerces et de la plage. Certes un peu bruyant fenêtres ouvertes mais tellement pratique avec de beaux volumes et des propriétaires très sympathiques et disponibles. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. A recommander.

Emplacement exceptionnel

L’arrivée est un peu complquée quand on ne connait pas la ville mais le contact facile avec le propriétaire a réglé cela rapidement. Il y a un stationnement pour une petite voiture; sinon, il y a un parking payant tout près. L’emplacement est exceptionnel, juste en face de la rue piétonne ou on trouve restaurants, boutiques, épicerie, boulangerie. À cinq minutes à pied d’une plage magnifique, de la gare et du port de plaisance. A dix minutes de marche de la citadelle. Appartement confortable. Les seuls bémols: un wi-fi qui ne fonctionne à peu près pas, et postes de télé limités

Mooi appartement nabij het centrum van Calvi

Mooi appartement met 2 slaapkamers op de 1e verdieping van een klein appartementencomplex nabij het centrum van Calvi. Het appartement is ruim en beschikt over een mooi en groot balkon met zeezicht. De ontvangst door de eigenaar is bijzonder vriendelijk.

Schöne Wohnung, kein Englisch

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine tolle Lage mitten in Calvi. Der Balkon bietet einen Blick auf die Berge und das Meer, direkt vor der Wohnung ist eine Straße. Die Wohnhng war in einem sauberen Zustand. Zimmer haben eine angenehme Größe, Ausstattung bietet Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Ein Parkplatz ist nicht bei der Wohnung dabei. In Calvi, zumindest in der Hochsaison, ist das herausfordernd: die Parkmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung sind kostenpflichtig und oft mit einer Höchstparkdauer von 2-3 Stunden versehen. Leider sprechen wir kein Französisch, die Gastgeber kein Englisch. Dadurch war eine Verständigung schwierig und der Empfang etwas unterkühlt. Obwohl wir mitteilten (auf französisch), dass wir sie nicht verstehen können, wurde weiter ausschließlich auf französisch kommuniziert. Wir haben uns nicht willkommen gefühlt. Mittels einer Vermittlerin am Telefon, die uns beim Übersetzen half, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir etwaige durch uns entstandene Schäden an Wohnung und Interieur bezahlen müssten und wir die Wohnung sauber hinterlassen sollen. Die Endreinigung ist nicht im Mietpreis enthalten. Beim Check Out wurde jeder Raum sehr genau inspiziert und geprüft. Die Müllentsorgung ist nicht Teil der Endreinigung. Da wir die französischen Hinweise zur Müllentsorgung nicht verstehen konnten, kam es hier wiederum zu Missverständnissen. Zum Abschied erhielten wir weder Dank noch gute Reisewünsche. Fazit: Wohnung super, Kommunikation mit Vermieter abseits der französischen Sprache nicht möglich.

Beautiful apartment downtown Calvi

Avons passé un agréable sejour à Cavi Propriétaires accueillants et disponibles, appartement spacieux avec grande terrasse en plein centre de Calvi Avec tous commerces à proximité on peut tout faire à pied le top !!

Parfait

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet appartement idéalement placé dans le centre de Calvi. Tout peut se faire à pieds. L’appartement est très agréable, fonctionnel et bien équipé. La terrasse est vaste et idéale pour les repas . Les propriétaires sont très agréables et arrangeants. Nous y reviendrons très volontiers .

Ideal

Localisation idéale à quelques mètres du centre ville, du port et de la plage. Appartement très propre et fonctionnel, équipé avec tout le nécessaire, énorme surprise avec la grande terrasse avec petit salon apéro et table pour manger. La propriétaire est super gentille et très disponible. Nous étions 4 et avons passé un super séjour.

le plus de cette location : son très grand balcon

très belle location bien située dans Calvi : toutes les courses peuvent ètre faites à pied.Des propriétaires très sympathiques , ce qui est très agréable. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à Calvi : jolie petite ville avec sa citadelle. De bons souvenirs.

Idéal pour un séjour sans voiture

Parfaitement situé. A 5mn des commerces et de la gare et à 10 mn de la plage. Appartement très fonctionnel avec une belle terrasse. Seul bémol le bruit en journée quand on est sur la terrasse.

Parfait!

Logement très fonctionnel, grand et très agréable. Idéalement situé, à 2 pas du centre ville et de ses animations. Une très grande terrasse qui permet de profiter de l'extérieur avec une vue très agréable. Les propriétaires sont très à l'écoute et tout à fait charmants, dans une région magnifique et totalement dépaysante. Nous espérons y retourner très bientôt!

Very good apartment but customer service issues need addressing

Good well equipped apartment with central location close to port (Quai Landry) and restaurants. Very clean and spacious with good standard of finishings. However the apartment is beside a Tabac and a travel agent which made it very noisy during the day. Evenings are fine as all nearby shops closed at 8pm. The homeaway app also made communication a lot more difficult as all contact was via an online app rather than email. Further the location of the apartment is not as shown on the app but is located on a different street and direct instructions on how to check in need addressing. Finally if paying the additional 15 euros for linen please note that this excludes bath towels.

Moderne, saubere, geräumige Wohnug mit schöner Aussicht

Sehr angenehme Kontakte mit der Vermieterin. Die Wohnung ist am lebhaften Rand der Altstadt von Calvi gelegen. In wenigen Minuten ist man am Hafen, am Strand, am Bahnhof in den Gassen der Altstadt. Komfortabel eingerichtete Wohnung mit grossem Balkon.
