This spacious and well-appointed holiday home provides the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday for up to 10 people. The house has five comfortable bedrooms, all furnished with double beds, providing plenty of space and privacy - ideal for both larger families and groups of friends. The living room invites you to spend cozy moments and relax and is equipped with a TV for entertainment. The holiday home is usable all year round and is heated via electric heating and an efficient air/water heat pump, which supplies underfloor heating throughout the house and ensures a pleasant indoor climate all year round. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes an oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. The house has two bathrooms, both with showers, as well as practical facilities such as a washing machine and dryer. Outdoors, you can enjoy your holiday on the beautiful terrace, which is furnished with garden furniture, sun loungers and a charcoal grill - perfect for long summer evenings. The landscaped garden provides plenty of space for play and outdoor activities, and in the activity room you can compete in table tennis. The holiday home is located in scenic surroundings close to Kvie Sø – a beautiful 30 hectare lake with marked hiking trails approved by the Danish Heart Association. The area has playgrounds and several fishing lakes, and golf enthusiasts will appreciate the seven golf courses within a 30-minute drive. There are also plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities such as canoeing on the Ansager Å and Varde Å rivers. The area also offers exciting excursion destinations for the whole family, including Legoland, Givskud Zoo and the Viking Centre in Ribe – Denmark's oldest town.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
