Casa Licchia is an authentic Salento house located in the heart of Salento, in the small village of Martignano, just 15 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Torre dell'Orso, San Foca, Sant’Andrea and the Grotta della Poesia.
Arranged on a single level, the house preserves the simple charm of traditional local homes, with spacious and cool interiors. Inside there is a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen and two connecting bedrooms, ideal for couples, families or small groups.
From the kitchen you step into a private courtyard with garden, a charming outdoor space that captures the atmosphere of Salento and offers privacy and tranquillity — the perfect place for outdoor meals or to relax after a day at the sea.
The entrance opens directly onto the street, where it is easy to park the car.
The house also includes a small study with access to the bathroom with window and bathtub. One of the bedrooms features high ceilings and a beautiful star-shaped vaulted ceiling, typical of Salento architecture.
