Bright penthouse with large furnished terrace

Brand new penthouse apartment, fully furnished in May 2015 with care and abundance of details; it consists of a large living area and kitchen, 2 large bedrooms (one double and one with two beds), 2 bathrooms and 2 large furnished terraces with pergola. It is equipped with air conditioning and the beds are 6 including the double sofa in the living room. Externally it has a terrace partly covered by a beautiful wooden porch furnished with outdoor furniture and barbecue for eating outside. All this makes it the perfect solution to spend a peaceful relaxing holiday, close to one of the most beautiful coasts of Salento.
The apartment is located in Nardò on the road to the sea (6 km from S. Catherine and 15 from Gallipoli)
Prices include cleaning and consumption of water, electricity (including air conditioners) and gas.
Bed linen and towels on request: 12 euros per person.

The equipment of the apartment are: two LED TVs, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, barbecue, fridge, oven, pots and pans, as well as everything necessary for tidying up the holiday home.

Minimarket, bar, tobacconist, restaurant, rotisserie, artisan ice cream shops, cafeteria, weekly market, are within easy walking distance.

The sandy beach in Sant'Isidoro is both free and equipped with the possibility of renting umbrellas, sunbeds, deckchairs and pedal boats. The bathing establishments located along the sandy beach are well equipped with boathouse, bar kiosk, cafeteria and tobacconist's.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht um tolle Ferien zu verbringen. Die Vermieter waren total freundlich und haben bei Fragen sehr schnell geantwortet und ihre Hilfe angeboten. Ich würde auch 10 Sterne geben. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in ihrer Unterkunft

Vacanza salento

Abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura di Claudia, devo dire che era tutto come in foto, l’unico problema che abbiamo riscontrato è stata con la doccia di uno dei due bagni che perdeva molta acqua. Per il resto, diciamo che la posizione era comoda ma non bellissima, sicuramente tranquilla e con il parcheggio molto comodo.

Schöne Wohnung mit großer Terasse

Wir haben es sehr genossen in der Wohnung. Sie ist sehr gut gelegen und man kommt schnell an jedes Ziel. Ein Einkaufsladen ist direkt vor Ort. Claudias Mann war sofort hilfsbereit wenn wir etwas benötigt haben und hat sich sofort darum gekümmert. Ich würde es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Werde auf jeden Fall nochmals dorthin reisen. Danke dafür.

Große Wohnung mit riesen Terasse

Claudia und ihr Mann waren super freundliche, zuverlässige, professionelle und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist groß, sauber und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Highlight ist sicherlich die riesige gut eingerichtete Terasse. Sehr hilfreich ist auch der Aufzug der einen in den 4. Stock bringt. Parken kann man direkt vor der Haustüre da sich das Haus auf einem riesen Parkplatz eines Supermarktes befindet (einen Supermarkt direkt vor der Türe zu haben ist ebenfalls sehr hilfreich.) Die Wohnung ist in einer soweit wir es wahrgenommen haben, sicheren Umgebung und Nardo (Innenstadt/Altstadt) sowie viele Hot-Spots des Gebietes sind schnell zu erreichen.

Magnifique appartement

Accueil chaleureux de la part des propriétaires qui parlent bien le Français. Appartement et terrasse bien équipés. Literie confortable. Situation un peu à l'écart du centre de Nardo, proche des côtes et de la magnifique ville de Lecce.

Great base for exploration

We stayed in Claudia’s flat for 5 nights and couldn’t have asked for more. It was very large and had everything we needed; a good location to stay, to explore surrounding towns and beaches and the terrace in the evening was perfect for relaxing. Claudia and her husband were very responsive and friendly. Would recommend!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben 4 Wochen in dieser Unterkunft verbracht und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum! Auch sonst hat man genug Platz, die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und die Lage ist auch sehr angenehm.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo l'annuncio corrispondeva per intero alla realtà, molto comodo il supermercato sotto casa e la posizione che ci ha permesso con piccoli spostamenti di vedere posti bellissimi . Se torneremo da queste parti sicuramente sarà preso in considerazione... I proprietari molto disponibili e gentili .

La nostra ospite è stata molto gentile e disponibile l'appartamento è molto bello, assolutamente in linea con le aspettative e le descrizioni dell'annuncio. Ci siamo accorti solo in un secondo momento che i bassorilievi alle pareti, molto belli e numerosi, erano opera della nostra ospite, devo dire una delle pochissime case vacanze con cose artistiche e di gusto alle pareti anche i quadri sottolineano una grande attenzione ai particolari grazie ancora a Claudia e a suo marito a presto... alb pat

Schöne helle Dachgeschosswohnung mit großer Terrasse

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der großen, gut ausgestatteten und gemütlich eingerichteten Wohnung besonders auf der riesigen Dachterrasse mit Blick auf Nardo und die Umgebung. Supermarkt im Erdgeschoss, Parkplätze und Freitags Markt vor der Tür, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Perfekte Lage um den Salento zu erkunden, ein schöner Sandstrand (Lido Conchiglie) und toller Ort für den Sundowner (St. Maria al Bagno) sind auch schnell erreichbar. Unbedingt zu emppfehlen.

Es ist ein sehr schönes und sehr großes Apartment. Die Vermieter sind sehr sehr nett und bieten gleich ihre Hilfe bei Problemen an. Wir werden auf jeden Fall im nächsten Jahr wieder Urlaub dort machen.

Abbiamo soggiornato tre settimane a luglio 2018 l’attico è nuovo e molto ben curato i proprietari sono persone gentili e disponibili, Nardò è il posto ideale per chi vuole girare parecchio e visitare il Salento meno adatto per chi è sedentario, a circa 6 km c’è Porto Selvaggio un vero spettacolo nella natura da non perdere,però preparatevi a 15 minuti di passeggiata in salite e discese

La casa è spaziosa, accogliente, ben ventilata e dotata di tutti i comfort. La posizione è strategica per ogni escursione. Il market sotto casa rende le vacanze ancora più piacevoli e rilassanti. I proprietari sono persone squisite. Se per le vacanze dell'anno prossimo sceglieremo nuovamente il Salento, non avremo dubbi sulla prenotazione dell'alloggio.

Schöne große Ferienwohnung, Empfehlenswert

Nardo ist eine nette Stadt, um die gesamte Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Wohnung liegt in einer bewohnten Gegend, ist dennoch ruhig. Parken vor dem Haus ist kein Problem. Geschäfte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe fußläufig zu erreichen. Die große Wohnung verfügt über eine ebenfalls große und schöne Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist modern, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die riesige, schöne Terasse läd dazu ein, sich dort die angenehme Briese um die Ohren wehen zu lassen, mit Aussicht über die Dächer der Stadt. Die Vermieter, Frau Claudia Greco und ihr Mann, sind sehr nett. Bei unserer Ankunt und Schlüsselübergabe haben wir typisches Gebäck aus der Region, als Willkommensgruß erhalten, war sehr fein. Das sehr praktische an der Wohnung war auch der Aufzug der uns in der vierten Stock brachte, wo die Wohnung war. Jeden Freitag ist in Nardo der sogenannte "Mercato", der Markt. Wir waren sofort auf den Markt, sobald wir die Haustür verlassen haben.

Bellissimo appartamento

Spazioso, luminoso, molto confortevole, tranquillo

L'appartamento e' molto godibile sotto ogni aspetto, e' ben strutturato con tanto spazio in ogni ambiente e molto accogliente. Il doppio bagno e la grande terrazza rendono ancora piu' piacevole il soggiorno! La zona e' molto comoda per arrivare alle spiagge in poco tempo. E' molto pratico il super mercato proprio sotto casa e in pochi minuti si raggiunge il centro della citta'. C'e' un ampio parcheggio, anche questo sotto casa. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili, grazie Claudia!

L'appartamento è pulito, ben arredato e possiede una splendida terrazzo da favola dove cenare e rilassarsi. Posizione tranquilla a 5 minuti dal centro di Nardò. Bellissimo appartamento! Ideale per famiglie

Siamo stati una settimana in questo nuovissimo appartamento ... eravamo 2 adulti e 2 ragazzi e ci siamo trovati molto bene perchè l'appartamento é spazioso con un terrazzo molto grande. E' risultato essere un buon punto di partenza per visitare tutto il salento ... in una ventina di minuti si arriva a Gallipoli, stessi tempi per arrivare a Porto Cesareo mentre in 10 min circa si arriva alla splendida Porto Selvaggio. Grazie ai gentili padroni di casa che al ns arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare un vassoio di buonissimi pasticiotti!

Siamo una coppia giovane e siamo stati ospiti in questo attico a luglio 2015. L'attico è meraviglioso, è praticamente nuovo e ben tenuto dai proprietari che sono una coppia tranquilla e disponibile. L'attico si trova al quarto piano di un contesto nuovo e silenzioso (presente ascensore). Da sottolineare la comodità di avere un supermercato praticamente sotto casa che fa orario continuato e aperto fino alle 21.00, compresa la domenica. La posizione è strategica per raggiungere facilmente tutte le spiagge della costa ionica e la vicina Gallipoli a soli 20 minuti d'auto. La spiaggia più vicina è Santa Maria al Bagno a pochi km dall'appartamento (forse unica pecca dovendosi spostare in macchina per raggiungerla). Lo consiglierei assolutamente.
