Seaside house with garden at S. Maria al Bagno - Salento

It is situated at 150 from the sea, close to the marvellous Salento's beach. This is a very pretty detached house with two levels, the ground floor is available for rent. In the front and back of the house are flowerbeds with a variety of different aromatic plants. In the back there is a large terrace with a fireplace that can be used for barbecues. In the front garden it is possible to park a car. The house is fully furnished and is very bright and airy. There is an equipped kitchen, a living room, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and a fifth bed is available in the living room) and a bathroom with an enclosed shower.
There is also a television. A linen service is available for an additional fee.
The house is located in a quiet residential area of S. Maria al Bagno village. Close by are all the services you need for your stay: markets, pharmacy, kiosks, bakeries, etc.. There are restaurants and cafes in the village. There is a large market each Sunday.
You can rent for week (from Saturday afternoon to the next Saturday morning) Discounts are available for periods longer than weeks

Property is extremely clean, top quality fittings and furniture, everything you could want -comfy beds, good quiet location, met on arrival and on check out - issue with Wi-Fi promptly resolved, lovely outside space - superb beach (Padula Bianca) just a 10 min drive. Town is 1km away with numerous bars and restaurants to choose from - we liked Fillieri and La pergola and cafe de mar for ice cream.

Appartamentino godibile a 200 metri dal mare, ottima posizione, raggiungibile a piedi il centro del paese. Proprietari disponibili, abitano nella porzione di casa sopra, ho soggiornato insieme alla mia famiglia e abbiamo apprezzato molto la terrazza. Per quanta riguarda i difetti: bisognerebbe aggiustare il piatto doccia, l’aqua calda arriva da un piccolo boiler che finisce in alcuni minuti. Un altra avvertenza da dire, in quanto i proprietari sono un ampia famiglia, ci siamo ritrovati a restare svegli fino a tardi per il rumore creato, devo ammettere che con un bambino di 10 mesi e stato difficoltoso. Gentile sig.ra Diana, per quel che attiene il piatto doccia a me risulta funzionante. Il boiler, invece, è vero che è di piccole dimensioni però è a riscaldamento rapido per cui in pochi minuti si riscalda per la doccia successiva. Ovviamente tutto è relativo e se si pretende una doccia prolungata non è questo il contesto. Per i rumori, invece, mi dispiace se vi abbiamo procurato dei fastidi però sono inevitabili soprattutto in presenza di bambini e in fasce orarie consentite ma forse non compatibili con le esigenze del vostro bambino. Una cosa a me è dispiaciuta: l'aver constatato che il piumone è stato utilizzato per il cane.Saluti Antonio

UNA BELLA E RILASSANTE VACANZA!

Abbiamo passato una vacanza meravigliosa in questa villa molto bella. Ampi spazi, veranda comodissima, molto pulita, luminosa e ben arredata, posta in una zona tranquilla di S. Maria al Bagno. La posizione è strategica per raggiungere in pochi minuti di macchina le belle spiagge sabbiose di Gallipoli e tutte le località più belle del Salento. Un grazie particolare ai gentilissimi proprietari molto disponibili, non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla facendoci sentire come a casa nostra. GRAZIE!!!!

Great location, spacious and comfortable.

Luca and Antonio went way out of their way to make it a smooth and easy stay. They were ready to respond to any need. Plenty of room and well equipped with all the kitchen and beach needs. Since it was off season, Santa Maria al Bagno was quiet and I crowded but the weather and water even though October was perfect.

Super nette Gastgeber - einfach zum Wohlfühlen

Die Wohnung ist geräumig (wobei wir nur zu zweit waren), hat eine große Küche und eine schöne große Terrasse mit Grillmöglichkeit. Die Einrichtung war zweckmäßig, auch in der Küche, obwohl wir nicht gekocht haben. Es gab einen großen Kühlschrank mit ausreichendem Gefrierfach, Fön, TV, WLAN. Bei den Handtüchern fehlte allerding ein Geschirrtuch. Die Lage ist prima - schnell aus dem Ort raus und zu Fuß 10 Minuten zu Piazza und Strand. Die Gastgeber-Familie war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Vacanza stupenda

È stata una vacanza stupenda !!! Sono stata lì con il mio ragazzo è una coppia di amici. Volevo ringraziare i proprietari che sono stati disponibilissimi è molto gentili e ci hanno fatto sentire da subito a casa. La casa è conforme all’annuncio ed è a due passi dal mare, market e ristoranti vari. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo! Grazie di tutto!!!

Everything was just great. The house is spacious, well equipped and clean. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. There are just two things that one needs to be aware of: The houses in this area (and also the backyards) are built quite close to each other, which makes it complicated to ventilate and to get some fresh, cool air inside. Internet connection is provided through one of those sticks. I think it is quite common in these areas. It did not work at all while we where there. The host could not fix it. If you are depending on a proper internet connection while on vacation, this is maybe not the place to go.

Geschäftsreise in Apulien

Wir waren auf Geschäftsreise in Apulien unterwegs und haben uns ein Wochenende am Meer gegönnt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geräumig, mit großem Vorplatz und großen Hinterhof. Man kann vor dem Tor parken und ist zu Fuß in wenigen Augenblicken am Meer. Gallipoli ist leicht zu erreichen und auf jeden fall sehenswert, aber auch Santa Maria al Bagno hat schöne Orte und gute Restaurants zu bieten. Empfelenswert!

Lovely spot to be

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos....walkable to many restaurant, the Sunday market....for a swim. S.Maria is a nice small place to stay away from big tourist spots but with everything you could want. Antonio and family are wonderful hosts. Highly recommended for a couple or small family

Jederzeit wieder

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und wohnlich eingerichtet. Sie ist außerdem komplett barrierefrei (einschließlich Dusche) und daher gut für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet. Das WC ist allerdings niedrig und es gibt keine Haltegriffe. Auf der Loggia hat man Sonne morgens bis mittags. Die Wohnung liegt gut: sehr ruhig, ca. 50 m vom Meer entfernt und ungefähr zehn Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Piazza und zum Badestrand. Antonio und seine Frau sind sehr freundliche, engagierte Gastgeber, die uns noch einen Fernseher und zusätzliche Decken vorbeigebracht haben. Wir waren im Oktober da - die Tage waren da noch sonnig und warm, aber die Nächte waren schon frisch. Wir würden uns jederzeit wieder bei Antonio einmieten. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: sehr gut.

L'appartamento si trova al piano terra ed è conforme a quanto descritto sull'annuncio. Le camere sono ampie e la veranda sul retro aumenta ulteriormente lo spazio a disposizione. Ho soggiornato per una settimana con un'amica apprezzando la tranquillità del luogo. Per chi ama correre consiglio il lungomare da Santa Maria al Bagno a Santa Caterina e poi su fino a Torre dell'Alto, esplorando i vari sentierini della pineta di Porto Selvaggio. Inoltre il paese si trova in una posizione comoda per raggiungere le spiagge più famose del Salento, permettendoci di variare da Punta Prosciutto alle Maldive del Salento, più un tuffo in Adriatico a Torre dell'Orso, sempre rimanendo nel raggio di 50-60 km. Infine ringrazio i proprietari Antonio e Melina per la disponibilità e la gentilezza con le quali ci hanno accolto, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Erica e Anna.

Ho trascorso la prima settimana di Agosto in questa meravigliosa residenza, in compagnia del mio ragazzo e di altre due coppie di amici. Il mio giudizio è altamente positivo: le stanze sono spaziose, pulite, ordinate, curate nei minimi particolari, c'è una bellissima veranda con barbecue davvero eccezionale e un giardino stupendo. Voglio spendere qualche parola anche per i proprietari, persone gentilissime, accoglienti e disponibili. Per l'intera settimana ci hanno fatto respirare un'atmosfera familiare. Consiglio vivamente questo posto. Noi ci torneremo!

Vacanza perfetta

La casa è molto grande, ben distribuita e dotata di tutti i confort, una grande veranda, caminetto per eventuali barbecue, lavanderia, il proprietario il Sig. Antonio è una persona molto accogliente, educata e disponibile che tiene molto al confort dei suoi ospiti, ho prenotato la casa per mia suocera e mia cognata che sono stranieri è siamo rimasti tutti estremamente soddisfatti, per una vacanza tranquilla in famiglia la raccomando assolutamente, Santa Maria al bagno è un bellissimo posto in cui villeggiare soprattutto se si hanno bambini a cui badare.

Sentirsi come a casa

La casa è fresca e confortevole. Situata nel luogo ideale per escursioni giornaliere nella zona. La spiaggia di sabbia si trova a pochi minuti d'auto e l'acqua è molto limpida. This was a delightful pla...

This was a delightful place to rent. Because we were there during the "off season" the village was very quiet which we very much enjoyed. We did not have a car but everything that is needed is within walking distance. The family that owns the property was very helpful and went out of their way to show us the area and assist us. We highly recommend this rental!
