90 m2 apartment on the ground floor comprising an airlock, a large living room-kitchen, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace with a panoramic view of the Aiguille du Midi. In winter, the apartment is ideally placed at the foot of the slopes. Welcoming and warm, you can go skiing or hiking without taking your car. New and beautifully decorated, you will feel at home! Our apartment is very sunny with an 18 m2 terrace facing south-east.

Très belles vacances

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances. L’appartement est idéalement situé. Il est spacieux et permet de vivre à 9 dedans sans se marcher dessus. Le sas d’entrée est un plus pour mettre toutes les affaires de ski.

Excellent accommodations for my husband, myself, and our 4 kids.

We booked this for the ski in/ski out convenience. Traveling from America with our 4 kids (16,14,11, and 9) the chalet is very cozy, nicely decorated, lots of hot water and had everything else we could need. Tristan was very responsive and gave us lots of helpful tips for eating and getting around Les Houches. We had loads of snow and skiied mostly the reds and blacks from the Bellevue gondola (Prarion was more crowded because it was by the public parking). I would recommend Skiset for rentals. The owner was very nice even though we did not have a reservation! Snow tires or 4WD is a must! We would absolutely recommend staying here. Great town and very clean, comfortable chalet. Thank you Tristan!

Very clean house, with all comfort within reach! Nice beds, clean bathrooms and a good kitchen. Communication with the landlord was very friendly and correct. We will definitely come back if we are in the neigbourhood

Friendly, well equipped and cosy

We had a lovely stay in this beautifully decorated well equipped chalet. Very convenient for ski in and out. The owners were very helpful. It was a little drive down to the shops and main shopping and eating area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

très bel appartement, bien situé

L'appartement est très agréable avec une belle décoration, une terasse plein sud, et pratique avec le dortoir pour les enfants. La vue est très belle en plus sur le mont blanc et l'aguille du midi. De plus, nous avons apprécié l'emplacement au pied des pistes avec les casiers à ski pratiques pour la logistique. Bref, une bonne adresse à retenir !
