When booking Quinta de Zanão, you will have exclusive use of the entire leisure and accommodation facilities. There are no shared spaces with third parties, guaranteeing complete privacy for your group.



The Spaces

The villa is composed of different buildings that surround a central courtyard and green terraces:



- The Main House: A complete and independent house with 3 double bedrooms, a welcoming living room with TV and a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and oven). It has a complete bathroom with shower.

- The Suites: Comprised of 3 independent suites with private bathroom. One of them is fully autonomous, whilst the other two are interconnected by a communicating door — a perfect configuration for families with children (one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds). When locked, this door guarantees total independence and privacy to all bedrooms.

- Social Kitchen and Common Area: A space dedicated to group meals, equipped with a collective kitchen and a support washroom (without shower), ideal for centralising moments of conviviality without interfering with the tranquillity of the bedrooms.



Exteriors and Wellness - The heart of our space is the spacious private green area for our guests:

- Natural Pool: An old running water reservoir, transformed into a refreshing basin for a regenerating dip.

- Exterior Area: Barbecue zone and spacious terraces for dinners under the stars.

- Parking: Generous indoor space for several vehicles.



Note about the neighbourhood: On the other side of the courtyard, there is another dwelling where extremely discreet and reserved people reside. Their presence does not interfere in any way with the dynamics of the guests, ensuring that your privacy and tranquillity are completely preserved during your stay.
