This villa is situated next to two villa complexes: one with tennis sports park and other Verdizela sports entertainment, and the other with Golf - Aroeira Golf Resort. It is located in a nature reserve, 25 km from central Lisbon and just 3500 meters from the beach. Aroeira is the largest golf resort in the Lisbon area, 350 hectares, thousands of pine trees and 13 lakes.
