Charming holiday villa with private pool in Benissa Costa (Costa Blanca) to accommodate 6 people, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms spread over two independent floors. Equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms, this cozy villa offers a perfect space for a relaxing holiday.

INSIDE:

The villa consists of two floors connected by external stairs. On the GROUND FLOOR, you will find a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The MAIN FLOOR houses a bright living-dining room with SAT TV/DTT and access to a covered terrace with impressive sea views. In addition, it has a fully equipped independent kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher. Two bedrooms with two single beds each, both equipped with air conditioning, and a separate bathroom with a shower. The UPPER FLOOR offers a sunny solarium with wonderful views of the sea, ideal for sunbathing and relaxing.

ABROAD:

The large landscaped grounds are home to an 8x4 rectangular pool with Roman stairs and a refreshing outdoor shower. Enjoy meals outdoors with the available portable barbecue. In addition, the place has parking on the same plot for two vehicles.
