Wonderful holiday home with breathtaking sea and panoramic views and a private pool. There are 2 separate apartments. The garden is beautifully laid out - an oasis in which you can refuel. There are many different terraces and corners to sit and relax. At the pool level there is an outdoor kitchen with a stove, dishwasher and sufficient dishes. Attention: prices apply to the whole house !!

This is our second year at this property; we are two retired couples who like our own independent space in shared grounds so this villa is ideal for us. This is a mature property, also used by the owners family for holidays. It is surrounded by a lush tropical garden and has lovely sea views and pool. As it is set on a cliff-side, there are quite steep steps between the two apartments and down to the pool, so may not suit young families or less mobile adults. There is a helpful local representative and the German host is also very helpful. We plan to stay again.

Maison magnifique, caution rendu dans les temps, vu splendide, piscine parfaite ! Vraiment pas embêter par la propriétaire qui nous a fait confiance à 100%. Je recommande vivement cette maison on y retournera c'est certain ! A louer sans aucune crainte !! :D

Besonders!

Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie da, 7 Erwachsene insgesamt. Wir mochten das Haus sehr! Es ist offensichtlich ein privates Heim, und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Zimmer sind im spanischen Stil eingerichtet. Die Küchen in jeder Wohnung gut ausgestattet - obwohl wir die ganze Zeit über die Außenküche genutzt haben. Die war nämlich unser persönliches Highlight! Außer der Lage, natürlich, denn die ist wirklich atemberaubend dreigeteilt: rechts blickt man auf das Meer, in der Mitte liegt das Marschland, ein Naturschutzgebiet, in dem auch Reisanbau betrieben wird. Und links fällt der Blick auf zwei spektakuläre Bergzüge. Besonders bei Sonnenuntergang einfach wunderbar! Das finden auch die "Mosquitos", aber auf die wurden wir sofort hingewiesen, so dass wir mit genügend Mückenabwehrmitteln ausgerüstet waren. Den Rest erledigen die vielen Geckos, die ihre Arbeit sehr ernst nehmen. Der Pool ist wirklich groß und wir haben es geliebt, in der Dämmerung, bei eingeschalteter Beleuchtung und Poollicht einen Cocktail zu trinken. Dazu gab es selbst gemachte Paella, im offenen Grillkamin in der Paellapfanne zubereitet. Wir hätten auch TV sehen können, beide Wohnungen sind gut ausgestattet, aber irgendwie war es draußen am Pool viel zu schön. Zum Einkaufen sind wir nach Ondara gefahren, und auch in El Pego gibt es genug Geschäfte. In der Umgebung gibt es viele kleine Städte, die einen Besuch lohnen. Auch Märkte und eine Shopping-Mall. Die Strände sind sehr schön, mit Dühnen und weichem, weißem Sand. Das Meer ist besonders für Kinder und Leute geeignet, die nicht gut schwimmen, denn das Ufer fällt sehr langsam ab. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin des Hauses, Frau Rumler, war sehr angenehm und informativ. Jede Frage wurde freundlich und schnell beantwortet. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden gern wiederkommen!
