Each apartment is carefully furnished and features a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and private outdoor spaces such as gardens or panoramic terraces.

On the lawn, just steps from the farmhouse, is the swimming pool with a furnished garden area. Barbecue facilities, parking, and mountain bikes for excursions along the Franciscan trails are also available. The property also offers food and wine experiences with a restaurant, DOP wine and olive oil tastings, cooking classes, in-villa chef service, and a pet welcome kit. The on-site farm produces excellent Umbrian wines and olive oils, enhancing the authenticity of your stay.
