Rowan Tree House, a house over three floors, consists of a kitchen/diner with a gas range oven and gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher, and dining table and chairs, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove, a sitting room with grand piano and woodburning stove, and a second-floor children's playroom with TV, toys, Xbox 360, and selection of games. The bedrooms consist of two king-sizes, two doubles, and a single. There is a bathroom with freestanding bath, shower over, basin, and WC, and a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. You'll find a shop and pub in 0.2 miles, and a river in 0.5 miles. Travel cot and highchair available on request. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, lawn, and furniture, and roadside parking. I have booked Rowen Tree House several times for colleagues who were working in the area. The house is always very clean, comfortable and well equipped. With plenty of space for the team. Host is always responsive with clear information and instructions.
