The Barn, a house over two floors, consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, dining table for six and breakfast bar for two, a utility, a sitting room with woodburning stove, three sofas, armchair, smart TV, patio doors out onto decking and exposed stonework. Also a reading room with an extensive library with sofa and armchair. The bedrooms consist of a first-floor king-size double, a first-floor double and a first-floor adult bunk bed. There is also a first-floor bathroom with freestanding bath, basin and WC. Large windows and wet room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed decking area with furniture and barbecue, sea views. Front enclosed patio area with furniture and off-road parking for three cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking.
