Swallow Studio is a single-storey unit that has a shared entrance with the attached studio, once inside the hallway you have your own private door, once in the studio you will be greeted with an open-plan living/kitchen/dining area with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, dining seating for two people, and Smart TV. There is a king-size bedroom, serviced by a shower room. In the entrance hall to the studios is a shared washing machine. Outside, there is a non-enclosed front garden with lawn, along with private driveway parking for one car. Highchair available. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.4 miles, pub in 0.2 miles, and lake in 0.9 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all inc. in rent.
