Open plan living and dining area with separated kitchen area. The living area benefits from a 48 inch flatscreen television with Virgin channels, seating for up to four around the dining table and direct access to the sunny rear patio. The fully fitted kitchen area contains all modern appliances including a 4-burner gas hob and oven, slimline dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave and washer / drying machine. There is one bedroom (4ft 6in double) with views over the harbour towards Brownsea Island. Family bathroom (bath with shower over, sink and toilet).
Parking – There is one allocated parking space to the rear of the house (space is 240cm wide and 390cm long - accessed under an archway - 250cm high and 250cm wide).
Services - Duvets and linen provided (including bath and beach towels). Central Heating. Hairdryer.
Technology - 48in flatscreen television with Virgin channels. Wi-Fi.
