High Point is our much-loved family beach house, tucked just 100 yards from the beautiful sandy shores of Fleet Bay near Gatehouse of Fleet in south-west Scotland. Designed for relaxed coastal living, the house combines stunning sea views, generous living spaces and direct access to one of the area’s most peaceful beaches.

Sleeping up to 10 guests, High Point is ideal for family gatherings, multi-generational holidays and special get-togethers. Large windows and balconies make the most of the ever-changing coastal views, while the spacious kitchen, dining and lounge areas are perfect for long lazy breakfasts, cosy evenings and entertaining together

Guests are welcome to make use of our sit-on kayaks, and the bay is also ideal for bringing your own paddleboards, kayaks or small dinghies. Fleet Bay is perfect for safe coastal exploring, beachcombing and enjoying the water at your own pace.

Outside, the child-friendly gardens include seating areas, decks and a climbing frame, making it easy for families to relax while children play. We also leave a few welcome goodies for guests on arrival to help you settle in and start your holiday in comfort.

The area is a paradise for walking, cycling and golf, with quiet coastal roads, beautiful woodland walks and several excellent golf courses nearby. Guests also enjoy wildlife watching, gardens, sailing, kayaking and exploring the charming villages and coastline of Dumfries & Galloway.

The house is warm and comfortable throughout the year, whether you’re enjoying summer days on the beach or storm-watching beside the fire in winter.
