The experience was good, though all the floors needed more effort in terms of cleanliness. However, the host accommodated multiple requests that allowed us to enjoy our stay. I will definitely come back on our next trip!

I would not stay here again or recommend this property.The property was not prepared for our group of nine. There were not enough towels, only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom with no extras, and no trash bags. We had to purchase basic supplies ourselves. We were also told additional toilet paper would cost 20 USD.One concern we had was that the front door could be locked from the outside while someone was inside.There were ants in the kitchen and on the balcony. Two TVs did not work, and we were told they would not be repaired until after our stay.The biggest issue occurred when water backed up through a drain, creating a strong sewage odor and leaving water on the floor. My niece slipped on the wet floor and cut her elbow. We reported the issue, but it was not resolved during our stay. Because of the odor and the unresolved maintenance issue, we decided to leave early and book another place.Communication was disappointing. We communicated with someone other than the property owner, responses were slow, and the issues we reported were not resolved during our stay.
