This upscale condo has been completely remodeled! Everything is brand new... including all the appliances & AC!!

When it's time for a relaxing vacation Sanibel's the place to be. We invite you to experience our completely remodeled 1200 sq. ft waterfront condo. This waterfront suite has just been re-done top to bottom. Some of our nice upgrades include: white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and stacked washer and dryer. Custom bathrooms with upgraded vanity's, and new lavatories! We have tile floors throughout the condo that create a comfortable relaxed island feel.

The most recent improvements include: Fresh paint, new furniture and mattresses, new quartz counter tops in kitchen.

Furniture: All new bedroom furniture, including two very comfortable new Serta King mattresses. New memory foam queen sleeper in family room. Awesome new 65" 4K HDTV, New 55" 4k in Master bedroom, 40" HDTV in second bedroom. All new linens, towels, bed spreads and down pillows.

Sleeping arrangement: New King bed in Master bedroom, New King bed in second bedroom, New Queen sofa sleeper in family room. Twin daybed w/twin trundle in lanai.

Mariner Pointe has deeded beach access on the gulf side at the end of Lindgren blvd. It's approximately a 5-7 minute bike ride to the beach .

There are so many great beaches on the Island that it's great to visit a different one every time you go. Sanibel Island is known for the best shelling beaches on the Western Hemisphere! There are several beaches within walking distance to Mariner Pointe, including the private beach that Mariner Pointe has deeded access to behind Tortuga Beach Club. (only a 5 minute bike ride or 15 walk from condo - at the end of Lindgren Blvd.) Bailey's & Lighthouse beach are also very close by. Great location, clean unit, lock doesn’t always work

We enjoyed our stay here and the location was great. We enjoyed fishing off the dock inside the neighborhood and it was only about a 3 minute walk. We did have several issues with the lock not working during our stay and it kept locking us out of the unit. The landlord was quick to get someone there the first time, but the fix didn’t stick. The next two times were a huge inconvenience and he didn’t seem to care and he certainly never apologized for the inconvenience. The maintenance man in the neighborhood confirmed this wasn’t the first time it happened either. I would make sure this is fixed in writing by the landlord before renting the unit.

Refresh and Recharge Yourself

What a great place with such a variety of reasons to stay! The condo’s location is convenient and quiet. It was clean, comfortable and stylish. We walked or rode our bikes to the beach for water, sun and shells. (Stopped for ice cream on the way back.) We hiked trails past a bald eagle’s nest and other wildlife. Fishing from the private dock was fun and successful. Golf is close by. The grills were well maintained and convenient. We saw numerous dolphins, manatees and friendly pelicans. Can’t wait for next year.

Great family condo

The condo was exactly as described! Beds were extremely comfortable. It was great having 3 TV’s since we had young children. The kids loved sleeping on the lanai. We had to contact the owner once and got a quick reply. Definitely would stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay

This was the best condo we have ever stayed in. We travel with another couple and it was great having 2 king size beds instead of a twin and full size. The place was very clean, pool was great and close and everyone we met was so nice! We saw dolphins and manatees on the canal and beautiful sunsets! Close to all the shops. Grandma Dots was wonderful and the little Lighthouse diner for breakfast!Give it a 10 +! Would definitely come back Les and Penny Kosa

A wonderful week in a perfect location

This lovely, comfortable, well-appointed condo was the perfect home base for a fantastic Sanibel vacation. The two king-bed bedrooms plus twin trundle daybed perfectly suited our two couples and two teen boys. All beds very comfy. Love Mariner Pointe for its views, two pools, shuffleboard, tennis, and - our favorite - the private fishing pier. We had fun days without leaving the property and also enjoyed easy access to beaches, restaurants, bike rentals and kayak rentals. We also saw dolphins every day! We can’t wait to return and would love to rent this condo again. Thank you!

The condo is located in a quiet area near the causeway. This was a perfect location for us. The pictures are accurate. There are lots of comfortable beds to accommodate 6 guests. The people in the other condos (owners and guests) were very friendly. We booked again for next year! Paul answered our questions promptly!

The room was clean, comfortable, well supplied with quality amenities. The location was private yet accessible to activities. The beach is a short bike ride or walk away. Free fishing was fun on the private dock that even included a fish cleaning station. Tennis and pickle ball courts were not overly crowded. The gas grills were clean and scattered throughout. We saw manatees and dolphins in the canal every day.

Great holiday getaway

Property was great. My family of four along with my parents stayed so a total of 6 of us. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, plus a pullout couch. Fit comfortably. Checkin was easy. Used code given to open property of door. Was unable to set up new password like it had stated but not a big deal. Only downfall is that the cleaning ladies were still cleaning when we showed up at 4pm. They did not clean too great but there were plenty of cleaning supplies to clean yourself. Location was next to pool and canal. Only thing that would be a great add is a cooler for drinks if heading to the beach and bikes or kayaks. Spoke to some other owners at this property and those were an added bonus they had available with their properties. Overall we would happily visit again at this property.

Awesome vacation and condo

We have been traveling to Florida for a number of years now with our kids but this was our first visit to Sanibel Island and we absolutely loved it! The condo is very nice and the owner was awesome to work with....super accommodating and responsive. The location was perfect. We were there during the New Years Holiday and the island had a ton of traffic so we ditched our car and rented bikes for the week. The bike paths are awesome and it was an easy bike ride to pretty much anywhere on the island. The complex had a nice pool, awesome fishing pier and tennis/pickleball courts. Thanks for making this such a wonderful vacation....we'll definitely be back!

DISAPPOINTED

One side of master bed tipped and creaked and was uncomfortable. We wanted to open the sliders in the living area but they were mostly inoperable and when we struggled to get them open a bit, we saw the screens were ripped at the bottom. The guest room sink had no hot water. The dryer filter was so clogged it took 25 minutes to deep clean it. The guest room window did not open at all creating a safety issue if there was a fire. The property owner took days to respond and made promises to fix things but didn’t follow up. We enjoyed the pool so that was good. However, I can not in good conscience recommend this condo.

Boating, fishing, pools & beaches makes a great vacation!

The condo was beautiful. We enjoyed eating in the lanai and just sitting and reading in that area. Great view of the bay and very peaceful and quiet. The pool area was very clean. We loved being able to go to the beach and then come back to a quiet atmosphere. We would rent again.

When we travel to somewhere we’ve never been before like santibel Island I worry about the noise because of so many people, but here we were pleasantly surprised at how quite it was. Then to find out that in just a short bike ride or walk we could be at the heart of town where we had many great restaurants to choose from. Very comfortable and very clean rooms. July in Sanibel - fun fun fun

This Mariners Pointe condo was a great place to relax and enjoy all that Sanibel Island has to offer. Easy access to restaurants, shopping, bike paths and nature. Comfy beds and furniture, very well equipped kitchen, modern appliances (including a really nice washer/dryer), 3 TVs (we especially liked the "tool" drawer in the kitchen) - all at a very reasonable price. We had 4 adults and a 2 year old, and had plenty of room to spread out. Owner/manager was promptly attentive to our requests and communications. Condo association provides nice upkeep of this property - pools were pleasant, landscaping was tropical, and we had a bayside front seat for the 4th of July fireworks! We will definitely be back!

It was our first time staying at this end of Sanibel and we loved everything about it. Lovely, comfortable and newly renovated. Great mattresses. Very clean and well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the walking paths each morning. Nice being out of the hustle and bustle of Periwinkle Way but still close enough to enjoy the shopping and dining it offers. Wonderful places to eat close by too such as Grandma Dots and The Lighthouse. Dave, the property manager on site if needed. Definitely hope to return.

A lovely property!

The condo was fresh, clean, and nicely updated. The easy access to the causeway was a big plus for us. Assigned parking was right outside the front door. The owner was prompt in responding to our questions. The unit is advertised as "waterfront", however, it is actually the complex that is waterfront. In our opinion unit 811 is water view. All in all we had a wonderful time during our stay and would recommend the property.

Why they chose this property

Our family realized a long time ago that our best vacations all included a few key ingredients: amazing views, a great beach, spending time on the water and tons of amenities. Mother nature can also play a role… that’s exactly why we chose Sanibel Island as our vacation destination. The bay and canal views from our condo at Mariner Pointe make this the most tranquil and enjoyable vacation Imaginable. We love Sanibel for the wonderful water views and white sandy world famous beaches! When you come you will want to explore the island and visit all the great “shelling” beaches all the way to Captiva. I have some great recommendations I am always happy to share with guests. We pride ourselves in a very simple rental process and look forward to hearing about how much you loved Sanibel.

What makes this property unique

Great Tru-Surface tennis courts available at Mariner Pointe. You can watch the fishing boats dock up at the Mariner Pointe private stretch of the inlet canal. Or, better yet bring your own boat and dock it here for your entire stay. (very nominal fee) You will love exploring the island of Sanibel and the best way to do it is renting bikes for the family from Billy’s bike rental. This waterfront suite was Completely redone with a modern casual “beach house” design! Come enjoy new king beds in both bedrooms, new twin daybed plus twin trundle in lanai. We have new linens and bath accessories, upgraded tile floors, new paint and fresh quartz counters. Two nice new HDTV’S, including a 60" in family room!

It's Time to relax and enjoy all that Sanibel has to offer, we would be happy to have you stay and our waterfront paradise! If you’re like us you won’t want to leave!
