Soggiorno con cucina attrezzata con piano cottura a induzione. Ingresso indipendente e parcheggio gratuito. Accesso diretto dal giardino; camera da letto con letto matrimoniale con affaccio sul dehor attrezzato ad uso esclusivo con ombrelloni e tavolini ; bagno con doccia, bidet e asciugacapelli. Bellissimo giardino e una piscina utilizzabile nei mesi estivi.
