Fantastic!

I still remember the magnificent view from the property! From the moment we booked our stay to the end, we knew we could relax and enjoy our holiday. The communication and assistance we received from the owners was outstanding including the thoughtful welcome presents. We hope to return soon!

The perfect get-away

Our holiday in Moncalvo at this lovely place was wonderful. The view from the terrace is beautiful and so soothing. The pool is amazing. And the cute town of Moncalvo has everything one could need and is an easy 10-15 minute walk away. We felt so warmly welcomed by the house owners and so nicely looked after without feeling intruded upon at all. They were just so nice. We appreciated the good tips too. A perfect place a bit off the beaten track. We will come back.

Heerlijke plek met fijne gastheer en lieve fijne gastvrouw.

Hele mooie vakantie gehad. Fijne gastheer en gastvrouw die zich veel moeite voor je doen. Leuke plaats met zeer vriendelijke mensen. Mooie omgeving, heerlijk eten, ontspannen vakantie en toch steden in de buurt.

Hele fijne vakantie woning aan de rand van Moncalvo

Erg fijne vakantiewoning aan de rand van Moncalvo, met een prachtig uitzicht en op loopafstand van het gezellige centrum. De vakantiewoning heeft een aparte slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed (goede matrassen en goede kussens) en een slaapbank in de woonkamer (niet gebruikt). De keuken is voorzien een kleine vaatwasser, gaskookplaat en magnetron met grill functie. Voor het bereiden van oven gerecht niet geschikt. Een wasmachine ontbreekt, dat zou welkom zijn, zeker in verhouding tot de huurprijs. De kleine badkamer beschikt over een douche, toilettafel, toilet en bidet. Er is een groot zwembad met ligstoelen dat je kunt gebruiken (samen met de eigenaar). De eigenaar Paolo en zijn familie helpen je overal mee, zelfs bij het reserveren van de lokale restaurants of een wijnproeverij bij een wijnboer in een dorp verderop.

Dear Walter, first of all I thank you for your positive feedback. Regarding your specific reports, I would like to draw your attention on following details: 1- In the list of the Property information, it is written that microwave is not an oven but just an item to heat or grill foods. 2- In the list of the Property information, it is written that there isnt the washing machine but we offer a free service of clothes washing which, we believe is better appreciated by guests. We can also offer ironing service at the cost of 2 euros each item. The air conditioning power has been calibrated by technicians that recommended to close the door when guests get out of the apartment and sit on the terrace in front of the apartment. At last, we confirm the use of the pool is exclusively for guests and not allowed even to the property owner. Unfortunately during your staying it happened once by chance and for this anomaly I beg your pardon. Thanking you for your comprehension, please accept my best regards Paolo

Très belle propriété. Propriétaires adorables.

La propriété est belle, agréable et bien située. La partie louée est moderne, propre, bien équipée et très lumineuse. A noter. La vue n'est peut être pas assez mise en valeur par les propriétaires alors que de la maison, de la terrasse et du jardin, la vue est magnifique. Letizia et Paolo sont adorables. Merci également à Luca pour ses belles adresses. A recommander sans la moindre hésitation.

Moncalvo che sorpresa!

Abbiamo trascorso due settimane in relax assoluto dalla piscina al barbecue. Zona tattica per visitare diversi borghi e luoghi di interesse certo. Paolo e Letizia sempre disponibili hanno reso la nostra vacanza davvero indimenticabile. Noi di certo ci torneremo. Consigliamo a tutti. Linda e Basilio

A lovely spacious, ground floor apartment with great outdoor space with a fantastic swimming pool

We had a lovely, relaxing few days at Zoe's. The family were very welcoming and friendly, we really appreciated the thoughtful bottle of Asti and cake ! The apartment is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Paolo and Luca were extremely helpful in giving us lots of recommendations on places to visit. Zoe's is in a great location for sightseeing in this beautiful area. Many thanks.

nette woning op supermooie locatie

Wij waren met ons viertjes met hond twee weken in het fijne, nette appartement op de begane grond te gast. De woning is voldoende ruim, goed ingericht en heeft een prachtig uitzicht. Het zwembad is ruim ( ca. 12 x 5 meter en 1,30 tot 2,20 m diep ) en stond geheel tot onze beschikking. Onze gastheer, Paolo, heeft er alles aan gedaan om ons verblijf super te laten verlopen. Een korte rondleiding door het gezellige Moncalvo met leuk en levendig centrum en dorpsplein en hulp met reservering in restaurants en tips voor dagtrips. Niets was hem te veel. Wij hebben genoten en vandaar 5 sterren.

A tremendous villa in beautiful countryside surroundings

This place is great. The villa itself is large and clean and has phenomenal views over rolling hills and vineyards, with the Alps in the distance visible too. The pool is fantastic, Paolo is a fantastic (and unintrusive) host, and I honestly struggle to think of a single negative about Da Zoe. Thanks, Paolo!

Un séjour agréable

Nous sommes restés quelques jours à Moncalvo, très jolie commune d'Asti Nous avons été très chaleureusement accueillis par Paolo et sa famille. La maison est spacieuse, propre et bien équipées ( à compléter tout de même avec micro-onde/four ...), la maison dispose d’un grand espace vert et d’une piscine privée. Le propriétaire qui vit sur place (mais très discret) est très serviable et disponible à tout moment, nos enfants se sont bien amusés avec les chiens du propriétaire. Nous avons passés un séjour agréable et reposant. Merci à Paolo et sa famille
