Welcome to our cosy wooden cabin at Pattys Barn in rural Lancashire, nestled along the picturesque coastline of Morecambe Bay. Inside, you'll find an open-concept living area with a stove, perfect for snuggling up in the evenings. The cabin sleeps up to four people and the kitchen and bathroom areas are a stone's throw from the cabin (approximately 10 second walk) and are fully equipped so you can whip up delicious meals and enjoy some alfresco dining.
The cabin sleeps up to 4 people across 2 single beds and a standard double.
The kitchen area, shower, and toilet block are separate from the cabin, a short 10/20-second walk away.
There is a firepit outside of the cabin and a bbq for you to use, we provide one bag of wood and additional bags can be bought at £6 per bag.
We provide towels and linen
Enjoy our wood-fired hot tub as an optional add-on during your stay. This is a self-service experience We provide the firewood, but you are responsible for heating the tub yourself by adding logs throughout the day. The water takes approximately 5 hours to reach temperature, with logs needing to be added roughly once an hour. When you book, you are booking the hot tub for one specific day of your stay, not your entire visit. Important We only have one hot tub on site, so availability is limited. To secure your booking, you must contact us and confirm the specific date you wish to use it. Please give us as much notice as possible. Until you confirm a date with us, the hot tub is not booked.
You’ll have full private access to the cabin and all the shared areas onsite. This includes our games room which kids and adults love, equipped with air hockey, table tennis, and a pool table. *(Please note that on certain occasions, our games room may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled events taking place.)
If you like alfresco dining you can enjoy our covered outdoor dining area which is perfect for BBQs and gatherings. Or, if you like we have a private indoor function room which we can organise private chefs for, please enquire directly for more info here.
Onsite we have a nature trail that covers 4km, through our private woodlands, ponds and fields, there is lots of wildlife and nature to explore.
Patty’s has two 3-acre fishing lakes containing carp up to 34lb, if fishing is your thing.
There is a small gym onsite if you want to keep your fitness up whilst you're away and you can tick off skydiving from your bucket list at Black Knights Parachute Centre, which provides solo or tandem parachute jumps for either novices or those more experienced jumpers.

The great outdoors are waiting to be explored right from your doorstep. There are coastal walks to stunning canal networks which are great for exploring by foot or on bike.
Free parking onsite and it’s best if you have a car to get around and about to truly appreciate the scenic Lancashire countryside. Situated on the edge of Morecambe Bay, along with being close to Lancaster, Preston and Blackpool, Patty’s is ideally located for your holiday or break with a wide range of activities within easy reach.
