The accommodation, very comfortable and finely finished, has a double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom with the possibility of an extra bed, both with a balcony overlooking the sea, 1 bathroom with shower covered in Ostuni stone, large kitchen / living room equipped with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, TV, with a large panoramic window overlooking the sea and the Aeolian Islands, from which to enjoy enchanting sunsets, the apartment also has a beautiful terrace with sea view equipped for outdoor dining.
The apartment has air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, laundry with washing machine in an external room, and is surrounded by a lush Mediterranean garden overlooking the sea, with patio, veranda, gas barbecue and a large equipped gazebo. Convenient parking possibility in front of the entrance of the property, in a quiet private dead-end street.
