The environment is very pleasant and quiet, free of smog and traffic noise, making it a delightful place to have breakfast in the sun on the balcony when temperatures permit.

Guests also have access to a huge communal terrace on the top floor, where they can enjoy the sunset with a 360° view of the city and the hills.

Immaculately clean accommodation! The kitchen was a stand out feature of this property with lots of high end utensils making cooking a pleasure when we didn’t go out to eat. The apartment is in a residential area but we walked into the centre of Bologna on several occasions - approximately 30 minutes - and there is also a bus which goes into the centre. There are several options for eating within a short walk from the flat, including a very good pizzeria. Fresh pasta shops are also close by. The flat has a lovely little balcony with a table which is ideal for having a meal or drink outside. There is also a very nice park within a short walk away so plenty of options for being outside and enjoying the good weather. We had a great holiday here (6 nights in April) and would love to return again.
