The apartment is located up two flights of stairs and is fully equipped with a bathtub with overhead shower. The living room includes a queen-size sofa bed (ideal for families with children), fast unlimited WiFi, a smart TV, a compact kitchen with a coffee machine, and a washing machine.

The cosy, well-lit double bedroom includes a desk, perfect for use as a workspace or a makeup station. The dining table offers a great view for people watching and overlooks a lovely park with a playground. It can also extend to comfortably seat four or double up as a remote working space.

This bright one-bedroom apartment (plus sofa bed) is ideal for anyone looking to explore historic Portsmouth or enjoy a relaxing getaway.

This first-floor flat (please note: no lift) is right in the heart of the action, while still being tucked away enough to offer peace and quiet. It’s well equipped with brand-new appliances and modern digital conveniences. Take a stroll, then return to watch the sun set.

📍Great Location:
If you come out the Flat and turn left down Queen Street – carry on down to the end of the Road – you have the Historic Dockyard on your right – and opposite on the waters edge you will find Hartgills fresh seafood shack and on the right hand side is Brittania Fish & Chips if you fancy some british tradition! Go left along the main Road and you will find a big Bus station and Portsmouth Harbour train station – with Gunwharf Quays next to it. All within a 10 minute walk from the flat. There is a park with a playground immediately across the street as well.

Most locations are walkable or taxis are plentiful and cheap. We also have Uber. There are frequent buses running nearby. The nearest train station is Portsmouth Harbour which is a 15 min walk.

🕒Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in is permitted from 4 pm onward, and check-out is scheduled for 10 am.
Requests for late check-outs and early check-ins can be made during the booking process, subject to availability and with a minimal fee.
Pets are not allowed upstairs on beds or on the furniture.

➕Additional Services:
Travel cots and high chairs are available for £25 each. Kindly notify us during the booking process. Please also note that beddings and sheets are not provided for the cots.

Unauthorised early check-ins and late check-outs will result in a fine of £50.
Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited, with a £100 fine for violators.
Guests bringing pets without prior authorization will be charged £150.
No parties or large groups allowed.
