The property can accommodate 10–13 people, spread across two cosy cottages and a modern, functional game room. Ideal for families and groups of friends who want to share unforgettable moments together without sacrificing their own space and privacy.

The EL LAGO cottage, which sleeps 6 people, has 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: 1 150-cm bed
Bedroom 2: 2 90-cm beds
Bedroom 3: 2 90-cm beds

The LAS DUNAS house, for 4–5 people, has 2 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: 1 bed (180 cm)
Bedroom 2: 2 beds (90 cm) (plus 1 extra bed).

Both houses are fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
They are laid out on a single floor, and all rooms offer views of the outdoors, the Cueva del Gato, the gardens, or the mountains.
They feature a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, a living-dining room with a fireplace, air conditioning, and a plasma TV, a full bathroom with a hair dryer, an ironing board and iron, a washing machine, a clothesline, a terrace with a barbecue, a porch with a garden, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning in every room.

The GAME ROOM, is a modern and functional 60 m² lounge designed for the group to gather, socialise, and enjoy themselves to the fullest, featuring large windows overlooking the Cueva del Gato. This space features:
A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, chest freezer, microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, and a 90-cm-wide oven—ideal for preparing meals for the entire group.

The property also features magnificent outdoor spaces, including gardens, an 11 m x 5 m pool with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and a lovely relaxation area.

The houses are provided clean, with sheets and towels included. Pool towels are not included; if needed, they can be requested when making the reservation for an additional cost of €5 per towel, payable at the property.

It is located on a fully fenced private property of 3,000 m², right across from the Cueva del Gato, in a unique and privileged natural setting within the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park. Ideal for enjoying nature, tranquility, and outdoor activities.

Although it’s located in the countryside, there are several restaurants and eateries serving homemade food nearby. The closest is Venta Cueva del Gato, 300 metres away, offering home-cooked meals and very generous portions at a great price. In the town of Benaoján, you’ll find the Restaurante Asador El Muelle, one of the best steakhouses in the Serranía de Ronda for wood-fired meats, and the Restaurante Hotel Molino del Santo, which offers more elaborate cuisine.

La Cueva del Gato, a natural treasure just a stone’s throw from the lodging, is one of the most iconic in Andalusia, famous for its pool of crystal-clear water, its underground network of galleries, and its spectacular outlet into the Guadiaro River, creating one of the most beautiful postcard views in the Serranía de Ronda. Casitas Cueva del Gato lets you enjoy this spectacular setting without having to drive.

La Cueva de la Pileta, just 9 km away, is one of the most important rock art sites in southern Spain. Designated a National Monument in 1924, it contains a significant collection of cave paintings depicting horses, bison, fish, and even human figures—a direct testament to prehistoric life in the Serranía de Ronda.

Several hiking trails start from the estate, among which the Cueva del Gato–Estación Jimera de Libar Trail stands out as one of the most beautiful in the province of Málaga. This trail runs parallel to the Guadiaro River, offering spectacular scenery, and is perfect for hiking with children.

The area is also ideal for cycling enthusiasts, as the Serranía de Ronda has numerous trails and roads perfect for exploring by bike.
