The Space:

Borgo Pio's - the apartment comfortably hosts up to 8 guests. It has three bedrooms, each with a queen bed. In the living room a sofa bed adds further sleeping space, reaching the capacity of 8 guests. The three full bathrooms make the home especially convenient for families and larger groups. The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals. The home offers air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, TV and Wi-Fi.



Beds are prepared for the number of booked guests; different configurations must be requested in advance. We provide one set of towels per person (body + face towel); replacement towels are available after 3 nights of stay.



Guest Access:

Check-in is self-service via access code, available 24/7. Check-in instructions, including the access code, are sent on the day of check-in, once the apartment is ready and the conditions are met: online form completed with full and correct data and documents uploaded; city tax paid. Early check-in must be requested by 18:00 the day before; if approved, instructions are sent on the morning of the check-in day after 9:00, provided the conditions are met. Confirmation is subject to availability. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, without a lift.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is on Borgo Pio, in the Borgo district, one of the most characteristic and central areas of Rome. A few minutes' walk away are St. Peter's, the Vatican Museums, Castel Sant'Angelo and Via della Conciliazione. All around there are cafés, traditional trattorias and shops. It is an ideal base to explore the Vatican and the historic centre on foot, in an authentic atmosphere.



Getting Around:

Thanks to the central location, most attractions are within walking distance. The nearest metro station is Ottaviano (Line A), a few minutes away, with quick connections to Termini and the rest of the city. Several bus stops are nearby. The area is in a ZTL: car access is limited and no parking is available on site.



From Fiumicino: Leonardo Express to Termini, then metro or taxi. From Ciampino: shuttle or taxi.



Other Things to Note:

Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed by default. If needed, they must be requested by 18:00 the day before; confirmation is subject to availability.



Cleaning: the apartment is delivered clean and sanitised.



Luggage storage: we partner with Radical Storage, with storage points all over Rome. Guests get 10% off with our dedicated code.



Beds: by default prepared for the minimum number needed for the booked guests. Different configurations must be requested in advance.

Towels: one set per booked guest (body towel + face towel). Replacement towels available after 3 nights of stay.

Cleaning during the stay: for stays of at least 10 nights, one free cleaning on request after the first 5 nights. Additional cleanings available at a charge (same rate applied at booking).
