Located on the top floor of the luxury development, Residence Le Carlina, which is situated at the foot of the Pleney Telecabine. It features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and you can literally fall out of bed onto the Pleney Piste and still be close to all the bars and restaurants. Location Location Location!

The whole apartment is at your disposal. There is also a private boot room with heated boot dryers, and large lockable garage which is great for storage of mountain bikes. You can park a small car in the underground garage.

As the name suggests, the apartment offers a fantastic double height roofspace, so feels super bright light and airy. Being a top floor Penthouse, it also holds a prominent corner position on the building with balconies offering open views over the Morzine Valley and the Pointe De Ressachaux.

The whole property benefits from double height ceilings and has a great light and airy open plan living space. There is an amazonian jungle feel to the decor, with feature wallpaper for a splash of colour, 2 x comfortable Emerald Green sofas, lots of plush soft furnishings and seating for 6 people around a beautiful Etnicraft Oak Dining Table.

The bespoke fitted kitchen includes all mod cons such as Nespresso machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven with induction hob, kettle, toaster and additional extras. There is a washing machine and tumble drie, plus extra storage. In home entertainment includes Bluetooth speaker, large flatscreen TV with UK and French TV, Netflix, Games Console and Free WiFi. There is also a boot room with heated boot driers and underground parking space.

There are 2 double bedrooms, both of which can be configured as doubles and/or twin rooms. Each rooms has it's own hanging space. There is also a good sized bunk room with window suitable for kids or adults.

Buena Vista Penthouse is located right next to the Pleney Telecabine and Hotel Tremplin. Morzine's town centre and the free ski bus stop for Avoriaz are next to the building. There is a covered parking space in an underground secure garage and additional paid for municipal car parks within very close proximity and free parking on the road approx 150 m from the building.
