A modern, comfortable apartment situated over two floors. Downstairs is an open plan living area and fully stocked kitchen. There is also a balcony overlooking the river and mountains. The sofa can be used as a further double bed and the main bathroom is downstairs. Upstairs are two large double bedrooms, both with two further single beds stored under the eaves. An ideal base for skiing and summer walking, being within walking distance of all the facilities in the town, and lifts to both Morzine/Les Gets and Avoriaz. Off road parking for cars, and storage in garage for bikes/skis. This is our family apartment that has been enjoyed by families and groups of friends alike. Loads of great bars and restaurants nearby, or a fully equipped kitchen to make your own!

Exactly what we needed for a quick ski weekend away. Beds are comfortable, shower is super powerful and hot, and the apartment has everything we needed. Will be back again!
Travelled with another couple and had a fabulous stay. We come to Morzine every year (for the last 10 years) for a long weekend skiing and have stayed in lots of different places. this one was fab. it was clean, spacious for the 4 of us, super comfy beds, perfectly located near to town and great communication with the host. Thanks for a fabulous stay

We stayed here as a group of 5 on a short skiing break. It suited us perfectly! The apartment was clean and tidy, beds were comfy and shower was great! It was a short enough walk to the bars restaurant and ski lifts not to bother with ski bus.
It was quite difficult to find as we arrived in the dark maybe a map could be sent out with info pack. But this was only a minor point.
I would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay again.
We stayed 10 days for our ski holiday. It was me, my wife and 2 kids. The flat was great - they had one bedroom, we had the other. The flat was clean, well appointed and had decent ski storage.The location is perfect - The bus stop is 20metres outside. It’s 2 stops to Pleney or 15 mins to Prodains lift. Or it’s a 10 minute walk into the centre of Morzine.Our hosts were helpful, friendly and communicative. They helped us with renting high chairs and a cot for the baby. They checked in to see everything was all fine. So overall, the perfect stay. Thank you!

We stayed 7 nights and this apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable family ski holiday (2 adults and 2 teens); great location and brilliant amenities. Host Kathryn could not have been more welcoming and maintained great communication throughout the booking process and whilst we were staying in Morzine. The apartment is conveniently located adjacent to bus stop making light work of getting ski equipment around and accessing the gondolas for Morzine and Avoriaz. Thoughtful extras like toilet rolls, washing up liquid and dishwasher detergent were provided also much needed Nespresso coffee machine. The washing machine was excellent and fabulous shower in the bathroom. Our thanks to the Perrys and would definitely stay again.

Arrivée et départ parfait !
L’appartement n’était pas prêt à notre arrivée. Nous avons dû pousser des affaires pour pouvoir ouvrir la porte d’entrée qui était coincée avec Table chaise parasol.
Le propriétaire est dur à joindre, mais une fois que je l’ai eu, je lui avais indiqué mon heure d’arrivée pour qu’il puisse préparer l’appart’ comme il me l’avait demandé.
Il nous a pas prévenu qu’il y avait des travaux dans l’immeuble, le balcon était inaccessible car il y a un échafaudage. L’appartement était sale, le lave-linge plein,les armoires étaient avec de la nourriture entamé, et il restait des affaires personnelles.

The issue with items in the hallway was due to a neighbour putting some of his items in the apartment, unbeknown to us and not knowing that we had guests coming. This has now been addressed and will not happen again.
The scaffolding on the building was something that the agents did not contact us about. It is soon to be taken down as all external painting is now complete and will not be an issue going forwards.
The apartment was clean, and the food in the cupboards was pasta and spices and coffee etc, for other people to use as they wished.
The washing machine had clean towels in. As this was a last minute booking, the concierge did not have time to remove them. There are also no personal items now in the cupboard, all have been stored elsewhere.
All the above and more have now been addressed. We have spent the last week at the apartment adding furniture, making more space, putting up lights and installing wi-fi. We hope very much that future guests will enjoy these facilities in our comfortable and welcoming apartment.

Le problème avec les objets dans le couloir était dû au fait qu'un voisin avait mis certains de ses objets dans l'appartement, à notre insu et sans savoir que nous avions des invités. Ce problème est désormais résolu et ne se reproduira plus.
Les agents ne nous ont pas contactés à propos des échafaudages du bâtiment. Il sera bientôt démonté car toute la peinture extérieure est désormais terminée et ne posera plus de problème à l'avenir.
L'appartement était propre et la nourriture dans les placards était composée de pâtes, d'épices, de café, etc., que d'autres personnes pouvaient utiliser à leur guise.
La machine à laver contenait des serviettes propres. Comme il s'agissait d'une réservation de dernière minute, le concierge n'a pas eu le temps de les retirer. Il n’y a également aucun objet personnel dans le placard, tous ont été rangés ailleurs.
Tout ce qui précède et bien d’autres ont maintenant été résolus. Nous avons passé la semaine dernière dans l'appartement à ajouter des meubles, à gagner plus d'espace, à installer des lumières et à installer le Wi-Fi. Nous espérons sincèrement que les futurs clients apprécieront ces installations dans notre appartement confortable et accueillant.
