Centrally located 2 bedroom apartment with stunning south facing views
This immaculate 2 bedroom apartment is now available for summer and winter rental. The well laid out apartment is ideally located in the central Encoches area. This area of Morzine is regarded as one of the most desirable locations because of the easy access to town, to the ski slopes and to all the amenities whilst at the same time offering the tranquility of the south facing sunny slopes with the fabulous views of the town and down the valley. The ski bus stops 2 minutes from the apartment and takes you to either the Morzine or Avoriaz ski lifts. A short walk across the footbridge takes you to the Pleney and the Super-Morzine lifts and also allows easy access in to the town for your evening entertainment.
The apartment provides two double bedrooms, a bathroom and two toilets. The well equipped kitchen incorporates a dining area and adjoins the open plan lounge area with its comfortable L-shaped sofa. Doors from the lounge area open on to the large wrap around south facing balcony which provides stunning views of the valley and the Pleney slopes and offers the perfect setting for an apres-ski drink as you watch the sun go down. The kitchen includes fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and hob. There is a large flat screen TV, DVD and Bose sound system in the lounge area. Good WIFI is available. The apartment is rented with hotel quality bed linen and towels. There is a personal ski locker for ski storage. Private parking is available outside the apartment. A second secure parking space is available on top of the garage which is located next to the chalet below.

I recommend Intersport Super Morzine for all your cycling gear. The shop is right next to the Super Morzine lift. As a guest in my apartment, you are entitled to store your bike here free of charge instead of paying the usual 5 euros per day.

I am pleased to recommend the Intersport SuperMorzine shop as a very good, convenient place to hire and store your ski gear. The shop is right next to the SuperMorzine lift. As a guest in my apartment, you will be entitled to a 20% discount. The storage in the basement is excellent and you can store your own gear there as well as rental gear. After a hard day’s skiing, it is a relief to dump your stuff there and then walk up to the apartment unencumbered!
As a registered accommodation provider in Morzine, I can offer you discount on your lift pass. Discount also available on your airport transfers.
