About this property

Spacious, well-located and quiet duplex near centre and lifts

Charming, bright duplex with wonderful views over the surrounding peaks, and an easy, 5 minute walk to the centre with all amenities and the two main ski lifts. This lovely 3-bedroom apartment sleeping 5 has a refurbished kitchen with a granite eating bar, a comfortable living area with new sofas and a recently refurbished bathroom with large walk-in shower and separate toilet. Quiet and peaceful but close to the centre and lifts.

Situated on the top floor and occupying the full length of a well-maintained building, this apartment benefits from being double-storey, with a large double/twin bedroom on the top floor, accessed by steep stairs, not suitable for small children. Watch out for the low beam as you enter the bedroom!

A second double/twin and a single bedroom are situated on the main floor.

There is a comfortable lounge area with 3-seater and 2-seater sofas looking out over the balcony to the amazing mountain views. The renovated kitchen/eating bar is well equipped with cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils. A small washing machine is located in the kitchen, as well as a compact dishwasher under the oven.

The newly renovated bathroom has a walk-in rain shower and heated towel rail. The toilet is separate from the bathroom.

The double rooms can be made up as twins or doubles making this a very flexible apartment which can sleep up to a maximum of five people in three bedrooms. All rooms have lots of storage and hanging space.

There are two balconies, one leading from the downstairs double bedroom and one leading from the lounge, with beautiful views and a table and chairs for outside eating. There is outdoor off-street parking reserved for apartment residents by a barrier.

In summer, we are members of the popular Multi-Pass scheme, allowing you access as pedestrians to all lifts, the swimming pool and a range of other facilities in the area.

Great place for a family with tweens
A lovely, cozy apartment close to the slopes. The place has a nice view of the mountain and lots of light. Our daughter loves the upstairs bedroom. Plenty of hot water and a serviceable kitchen. Rosie was very responsive and helpful.

Nice cozy apartment, with all facilities available. Bedroom upstairs you can reach via steep stairs which is not ideal with young kids. Max 10 mins walk to the main ski lifts of Morzine and city centre. We enjoyed our stay and would book again if we go to Morzine.

I'm a recently retired Primary teacher, having worked overseas with my family for many years. We have just relocated to live in Morzine full-time, so look forward to being able to meet guests in person during their stay. We have been renting our first apartment there successfully since 2012 and now have three apartments close to each other. Guests have said many positive things about the apartments including their great location, fabulous views and how well equipped they are. We added a second, one-bedroom apartment in 2016 which has equally lovely views and is in a very similar location, quiet, but easy walking distance to everything. Finally, we were delighted to add our third apartment, a 3-bedroom one just beside the second apartment, to our portfolio under the company 'Morzine Magic - For a Spell in the Alps!'

Why they chose this property

The beauty of this apartment is in its location close to, yet just on the edge of, the centre of Morzine so while you can reach the ski lifts and the shops, restaurants and bars in a few minutes, the apartment is much quieter than those situated right in the centre, allowing for peaceful nights. It's also a great choice for families with three children, having that extra single bedroom for maximum flexibility.

What makes this property unique

Optimal location, spacious layout, quiet. We have tried to blend traditional Alpine charm with a brand new, modern and functional kitchen and bathroom to meet the needs of our guests. The mountain views from the windows is spectacular and it is the perfect apartment from which to enjoy the many activities that Morzine offers, both in winter and in summer.
