The property is located next to two other holiday homes, each with its own terrace and outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying the fresh air, nature, and the tranquility of the surroundings. Only 10 minutes from the island’s capital and the airport.
The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. It features WiFi, satellite TV with channels in Spanish, English, and German, electric radiator heating, washing machine, iron, and hairdryer.
