Layton's Loft Bed and Breakfast

Our lofted bed and breakfast is built on the "tiny home" concept. It's cozy and private with a full standard height kitchen, stove, fridge, bathroom with a walk in shower and a 5' high lofted bedroom upstairs with a queen sized memory foam mattress and living room. There is a large flat screen TV equipped with Netflix via ROKU and free wireless internet. Perfect for up to 4 guests so if you're adventurous and can climb our "Jefferson" stairs we'll make ready for you.

There is also an additional bedroom on the main floor with a standard 7' height ceiling with a super comfortable Casper Hybrid Queen sized memory foam mattress which will then increase the capacity to 4 persons (Ideally 2 adults and 2 children or 4 adults)

BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED

We will include the following which you can prepare for your breakfast:
Eggs, homemade cheese, peppers, tomatoes and English muffins or waffles/pancakes along with juice, hot chocolate, coffee and tea with all the condiments.

The loft house is a separate detached tiny home situated next to the Host's private residence with all you could need for a comfortable and private stay in Manti.

Our neighborhood is a vintage neighborhood by the Manti temple set back in the small rural location of Sanpete valley with a rich pioneer heritage settled by early Mormon settlers at the invitation of Chief Walkara. Nearby favorites to visit are Maple Canyon which is a favorite for hikers and climbers due to the beautiful forestry and conglomerate rock formations towering at an elevation of 6,700 feet. Even closer is Manti canyon. It is a favorite spot for hiking and 4 wheeling with beautiful trails and greenery and Yearn's reservoir is a great place to fish.

Farm-to-Table Layton’s Loft Menu

1) Full steak BBQ from our home grown 100% grass finished 21-day dry aged beef with sides dishes of a baked potato, French sliced green beans with slivered almonds, organic side green salad and a fresh roll.

Choose from a 6 oz steak ($25) or 10 oz steak ($30)

2) BBQ chicken seasoned with our special rub with side dishes of a baked potato, French sliced green beans, organic grown side green salad and a fresh roll. $18

3) Outback Chicken for two - A specialty of the Layton's Loft. From our flock of Cornish rock chickens comes the finest air chilled chicken with intense chicken flavor and juiciness. This dish is a pan seared half chicken with a bed of wild rice, French sliced beans, organic grown side salads with 2 freshly made rolls. We take from the drippings of the chicken to make amazing gravy to go over it. This is sure to fill your hungry appetite. $38

4) Cauliflower crust pizza loaded with veggies such as mushrooms, peppers, olives, sun dried-tomatoes, topped with fresh herbs – 8 slices - (can be made to your request -Keto friendly). $28

5) Gourmet Chicken Salad (this can be made to go) that includes grilled chicken, organic grown baby greens with all the salad toppings such as olives, tomatoes, zucchini, peppers, avocados, cauliflower croutons and dressing. $16 (dessert is not included).

6) Home grown grass finished gourmet beef cheeseburger served with a generous portion of air fried potato fries topped with melted cheese. $14 (dessert is not included)

7) Balsamic glazed grilled chicken with fresh basil, tomatoes, garlic and onions served with angel hair pasta and with an organic grown side salad. $18

8) 20 Buffalo Wings air fried until golden brown tossed in Chipotle BBQ dry rub seasoning (mild seasoning also available) alongside celery and carrots with Ranch dip and a buffalo side sauce. $30 or 30 Wings for $42. Additional small salad $5 or large salad $10 (dessert not included)

All the above entrees come with a dessert (except the Gourmet Chicken Salad, Cheeseburger & Buffalo Wings)
