Lovely 1 bedroom 1 bath small kitchenette suite with a trundle bed used as a couch. The property is a beautiful serene country setting. Located on 5 acres 15 minutes to downtown Eustis and Mt. Dora. 45 min to Disney and beaches. Enjoy lake Noris preserve 5 min with hiking and horse back riding. If you would like to bring your horse there is a large shaded paddock area for an additional cost.
5 minutes to restaurants and grocery.
sleeps 2 adults. We do have a small twin Trundle bed in the Kitchenette area if you need one more sleeping.


We are a wifi free environment and can hard wire your computer.

Washer and dryer is available and shared with the house.

Our stay was short but perfect for our needs. The hosts were very accommodating and the setting was perfect. Are accommodations or very neat clean and comfortable. We could not have asked for more.

Nice place - would go back

My husband and I stopped here on the way to and back from a wedding. The place was clean and tastefully decorated. I'm giving only 4 stars because the bed sheets had some stains on them and were very wrinkled - nothing is more inviting to a tired traveler than a freshly clean made bed, so I would respectfully ask the owners to, maybe update their bedding. Everything else was great!

Thank you so much Alice for your response. We really appreciate it. You were wonderful and very respectful guest to have with us. We are sorry about the sheets you had. After our last guest we noticed one of the bottom sheets was missing so we used another set. They were clean we assure you. They were made out of the expensive bamboo material and come out of the wash with a lot of wrinkles. We thought people would like the material for its softness. We will take your advice and get a different material sheet set. Again we really appreciate you letting us know. Kind regards Rahansia

Surprsingly Comfortable

This property was very nice and comfortable. I enjoyed the secluded quietness of the location and quaint quiet location. Even though this was attached to the primary residence house the privacy and aloneness I wanted was there. Even had it's own entrance and property owner gave me a key for coming an going as I needed. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a place to sleep relax and cleanup for the next day's activities. I went to the daytona race track friday and saturday and the drive was very easy both days both ways. The drive back to the Orlando airport was also very easy.
