It is located at the most historic set of buildings on the island, build in 1814 during the Napoleonic period.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has the biggest balcony on the front side of the entire building, with stunning views of the Liston square, Corfu Old Fortress, St. Michael's & St. George's palace, and the sea, while it is sunny all day long with a strategic orientation to the east.
