The kitchenette is fully equipped (induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, kettle) and has enough crockery for 4 people.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a hanging toilet. Soap, shower gel and shampoo are provided.
Likewise, we provide bed linen and towels.

Clean and simple

Nice property, clean and fully functional. Nice shower with plenty of hot water. Its a working class neighborhood with a a dozen restaurants nearby plus grocery stores. The instructions to get in were very clear and easy to follow The only downside is a one floor walk up off the street to the elevator. Which was fine except for luggage in and out.

Location was great for our purpose but it is not near tourist attractions. Apartment was small but efficient. Kitchen was very minimal. Bathroom had strange layout where the sink was crammed into one side of a narrow opening leaving no room to stand in front of the sink or mirror. Property was clean and bed was large. Storage space was good. However, the room was not ready at 3 pm. Cleaning person hadn’t even started. When I confronted host about this not being the agreement, he said that there was no agreement for the room to be ready at 3 pm. I think “Check in after 3 pm” is a promise for the room to be ready after 3 pm. Cleaner started cleaning at 3 pm and finished shortly before 4 pm.

Très bon pied-à-terre, bon rapport qualité prix

Appartement très propre et très bien équipé. Très bonne literie y compris pour le canapé convertible ce qui est assez exceptionnel. Un petit décalage pour l'installation dans l'appartement le ménage n'étant pas terminé à 15 h00 quand nous sommes arrivés. Nous n'avons pas beaucoup patienté mais cela nous a fait louper la visite de l'Opéra Garnier où nous devions arriver avant 16h15, mais le ménage était impeccable.
