The spacious villa sits in the popular Battaleys Mews private-gated community and is perfectly positioned between Holetown with its supermarkets, duty-free shopping, boutique stores, bars, and restaurants and the historic town of Speightstown with its relaxed Caribbean charm.
The villa is a beautifully furnished two-story residence offering 3-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms and a downstairs powder room with private parking for two cars. It offers a beautifully furnished open plan living area leading to a covered terrace with a plunge pool and garden. The kitchen is of high specification with Bosch appliances and all essential amenities. A desk also provides the opportunity for those working from home.

Offering luxurious guest accommodation, all bedrooms are situated on the first floor, with the primary bedroom boasting a private en-suite bathroom with both a tub and shower, as well as a private balcony with partial sea views. The two guest bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
