Nestled on a hillside, this magnificent country house boasts truly stunning views encompassing the surrounding open countryside, the breathtaking Bay of Pollença, and the distant mountains. Finca Plomera has been meticulously built by the local owners with the utmost attention to detail.

The main entrance is on the covered front terrace. Through a studded oak door, we enter a beautiful, comfortable, and modern family home spread over two floors. The entrance is tastefully decorated with a lovely statue, stone walls, and archways. From here, we access the dining room, furnished with an elegant table, chairs, and an ornamental fireplace. Also on the ground floor is the kitchen, superbly furnished and equipped in a modern style with teak sliding cupboards, an electric hob with ceramic cooktop, marble worktop, double sink, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and a 3-meter breakfast table with benches. The living room features comfortable sofas, satellite TV, and a DVD player. From this room, there is also access to the pool terrace.

Ascending the stairs, we find the master bedroom, featuring a king-size mahogany bed, a carved single headboard, and built-in wardrobes. This room has a beautiful en-suite bathroom and a private furnished solarium with distant views of the sea and mountains. The second bedroom also features a king-size bed, painted white, with a carved headboard and built-in wardrobes, as well as an en-suite bathroom and a private furnished solarium, ideal for relaxing while enjoying the sunset views. The third bedroom, a superior double, has teak beds and built-in wardrobes, an en-suite bathroom, and a private furnished terrace overlooking the pool. The fourth bedroom also has two teak beds and built-in wardrobes, an en-suite bathroom, and a private sun terrace with distant sea and mountain views. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Following energy-saving and efficiency measures, this villa has programmed air conditioning, which can be used during midday and throughout the night.

Outside, the magnificent, crystal-clear 12-meter-long swimming pool with corner steps is a highlight. The house also features well-furnished terraces surrounding the pool and other areas of the house.

In addition to the pool area, there is also a lovely garden, featuring a good-sized lawn, colorful flowering shrubs, aromatic herbs, and flowers in traditional terracotta pots. A pond and a pergola with a dining area complete the outdoor spaces.
