Holiday home with pool, terraces, near beach

The first thing that catches your eye here is the pool. Framed by a beautiful wooden deck and completely secluded from neighbours, it’s the heart of the holiday – a place for refreshing swims, lazy hours in the sun lounger, and peaceful moments under the open sky.



The pool connects directly to the house via the terrace, where the living room opens towards the sun. The horseshoe-shaped building provides shelter, allowing outdoor life to unfold undisturbed. Indoors and outdoors blend naturally – every day spent in harmony with the light. The pool is not heated but usually reaches around 24°C during the summer months. However, this cannot be guaranteed, as it depends on the weather.



Inside, 101 m² await with three bedrooms and four sleeping spaces. One bedroom has two single beds, while the other two each have a single bed that can be extended to 140 cm wide. One of the rooms with a single bed has a curtain instead of a door. Two bright living rooms, both furnished comfortably, provide space for relaxation and togetherness. Classic brick-tiled floors underline the home’s unique atmosphere.



Outside, there are several inviting areas. The northwest-facing, covered terrace with a barbecue invites long evenings with good food and conversation. The orangery creates an extra outdoor space – furnished for comfort and ideal for extending the season, regardless of the weather.



Just 600 metres from the house lies the beach facing south towards Sejerø Bay – child-friendly and with a brand-new bathing jetty. Here you can enjoy the day’s last rays of sun and the sunset over the bay. Walking north, only 800 metres away, you reach the Kattegat and the sunrise over the sea – perfect for a morning swim or a refreshing walk.



All of Odden is a true paradise for anglers. The area offers great fishing spots directly from the shore, and organised trips are available for both beginners and experienced fishers.



At Odden Harbour, life buzzes with small boats and freshly caught fish. Here you’ll find Odden Fisk, where visitors queue in high season to buy fresh fish and smoked products directly from production. The place also hosts a popular lunch and dinner restaurant serving dishes made from the day’s catch, with views of the harbour.



Only 500 metres from the house, on Gnibenvej, lies the acclaimed TIR Bakery – one of the area’s most popular destinations. The bakery is based on a simple yet ambitious concept: baking with biodynamic, organic, and freshly milled grains. In high season, people queue before opening to get their hands on the crisp sourdough bread and sweet temptations.



The area around Sjællands Odde offers great nature experiences. The unique Geopark Odsherred, Denmark’s first UNESCO geopark, tells the story of the Ice Age-shaped landscape and invites you to explore it by foot or by bike through hills, meadows, and coastline.



A short trip into Odsherred offers galleries, local specialities, and culture. Everything is nearby – but best enjoyed at a relaxed pace. Note: Not for commercial rental.
